My leg cramped up two nights ago, gah D: So I quickly got out of bed and stood up, and after a few seconds it got better but I really can't sleep D: School is stressful, I just want finals to come so I can take a real break, and then brace myself for summer courses UGH it's going to be so hot in the summer...we don't even have AC

At least the cramping eased up some. :( Wish I knew some tips on getting to sleep, as I have trouble with it myself a lot of the time. I heard warm milk and honey can help?

It'll easily get to like 35C here on a normal summer day. With the heat index (because it's crazy humid here) it'll feel like 40C easy.

edit: I went to an amusement park with my family one year and the temps there with the heat index was 51C.

Okay, I'll be going to sleep in a little bit There are these dehumidifiers that are in these plastic containers, and there are these little white beads on top, and when the water in the air is collected, the bottom part gets filled I have one in my closet, heh But yes, an actual MACHINE dehumidifier is expensive! The cheapest they have at Walmart is like $179 or something D:

I haven't heard of the one with those beads. o.O We just have machines. I just kinda deal. I stay home in the A/C during the summer. I'm extremely sensitive to the heat, soooo I'm not allowed outside ahahahaha.

YEAH IT WAS INSANE. That was the hottest summer we had in a long time. It broke records. I tried riding a roller coaster and they (the park people) wouldn't let me because I didn't look so good. :( They whisked me away in a wheelchair, even though I kept telling them I could walk just fine. Idk. Oh well. :C At least they "saved me," I guess (I was super hot, but was okay, we were gonna leave after that ride since it was my favorite.) A few other kids ended up dying that day from the heat... :/

About the chamomile tea... It's all-natural, of course. Use honey to sweeten it instead of sugar. But it's used to help with anxiety and insomnia caused by anxiety. It helps relax your mind and body, so maybe it'll be worth looking into.

The bead ones are pretty weird, haha. I buy them from Daiso, they're a Japan store in Canada Pretty sure it's a Japanese invention, hahaha

I'm not religious, and neither is my fiance, but he's insistent we celebrate it. I woke up this morning to find a Poke'mon card box, an Easter Hello Kitty doll, throat spray, and chicken noodle soup... And a note saying happy Easter to look in the freezer. He got me ice cream cake. caramel turtle ice cream cake. Idk what he did. He's up to something. He did something. I'm paranoid. WHAT DID HE DO???
