Rune Factory is a farming/fighting/questing/making things, it's a really good game because there's a storyline, and there are tons of things to do, so you don't get bored. You also get to marry the characters in the game. :)
I haven't played all the FF games, but I did play one or two and LOVED it, so it stays as a favourite. :) Plus, the newer games have SUPER nice graphics/animation.
I had a NDS, and an R4 card, so I could basically download any game I wanted to play, as long as there was enough space on the card. Those were the good ol' days. Now, with the 3DS, you have to buy each game separately, and each of them costs like CA$35, or so.
Huh. :o Rune Factory sounds like a much more in-depth Harvest Moon.
Yeah, the new games are great!
R4?
Yeah, they're pretty expensive here in the US, too, depending on the game. Sometimes you can get some nice deals, though.
Actually, I think the Rune Factory series is a spin-off of HM! I played HM: Cute, and I liked it, but it got boring REALLY quickly.
An R4 card is just the card that fits into the slot where the game usually goes, except there's a MicroSD card that you can take out and drag your games into. It's super convenient, haha
Yeah, usually the nice deals are used games, which I don't mind. I had a friend that bought a 3DS and like 5 used games, all for $100. But the games were like Mario Kart, and Fire Emblem (I think), and some other ones. The only good one among them all was Zelda! I miss playing Zelda...
I haven't played a Harvest Moon game since... gosh. I don't know. The one for Gamecube. A Wonderful Life I think it was.
Oh, I see. Does sound convenient!
Wow! That's a really great deal.
Fire Emblem I heard is really great. :P
... -never played Zelda- ._.
I actually haven't played the HM game for Gamecube. I know there are emulators out there, but I don't quite know how to use it. Will have to do some research when I have free time, haha
It is! I did play Fire Emblem before, but never finished the game, don't know why. Ohh, if you have time you should try playing it! It is super addicting, ahaha
It was... Like the rest of them, hahaha. Farm, breed animals, make a mate, have babies.
Well... I tried playing Ocarina of Time in the 64 but... I couldn't get past the Deku Tree... LOL...
HAHAHA yeah, Harvest Moon is pretty much the same.
Hmm, not sure if I've played that game before. (Probably haven't, haha)
Ughh, I have to work on my assignment now. I'll talk to you later! :)
Ouu you might like a game called Stardew valley :D It's a game that's out on steam, it kinda plays like harvestmoon/runefactory/animal crossing :3 Also, I currently have a bachelors in a healthcare related field, but I'm looking to go back for more general sciences to do pharmacy maybe >:
Ouu I see there's so many options O How have you been <3
I'm too broke to buy games right now D: Although, it does look fun! It has the same graphics and layout as Harvest Moon. I still like Animal Crossing more, haha Ohhh I heard that going into the pharmacy field pays really well! Good luck if you ever decide to apply, I'm sure you'll get in! :) How are ya?
It's been a while, haha! How are ya?
Hi guys!
I've been okay. I finally started my diet. I'm doing pretty good today, I think. Had a bowl of cereal with strawberry bits in it for breakfast and lunch consisted of three celery sticks with peanut butter. I feel satisfied for the first time in a long time, but I guess that's what happens when you mostly live off pizza, macaroni and cheese, and Chinese buffet for nearly two years. We're going to have spaghetti tonight for dindin. :D
I'm pooped, tho. Been cleaning most of the day. :C Not even close to done, either. I hope I have another good day tomorrow. Tired of being tired all the time.
How are you guys?!
Wow, so healthy. I don't think I could do that, haha. I can do moderately healthy, but not all the way. And by moderate I mean not eating deep fried or oily foods. Also, limiting the amount of times I eat at restaurants helps too. I haven't had pizza in a long time though, really miss it. OMG I've had a day were I'm tirelessly cleaning my desk of dust...and then continuously having to wash my cloth because there's just too much dust, HAHAHA. I get sooo tired, so I know how you feel. Even more tiring is cleaning the washroom... But it feels super good to have things clean. The air just feels more fresh. Here's to you having another good day tomorrow! :) Rest up~ Also, I'm tired too... I've been having sleeping issues because I get night calf muscle cramps, which leads me to being scared to fall asleep. I'm so scared of the pain of cramping. Have you ever experienced it before? It's brutal.
Sounds like you're having restless leg syndrome. Best bet when that starts is to get up and stretch your legs for about 15 minutes. It'll hurt at first, but it'll relax the muscles. Walking, jumping jacks, do a bit of makeshift yoga... I get that a lot, due to anxiety.
I don't have much of a choice. I mean, I'm still gonna eat my favorites... like, y'know, pizza and Chinese buffet LOL, but I really need to cut down on things and start eating better. It's a long and agonizing story, so to spare you the details, I didn't react too well to birth control and it's caused a lot of health issues. I'm incredibly sick, so... diet and exercise is the way to go. I'll look into meds if nothing else works. You can go through the past posts if you're super curious :P
I WISH my exhaustion was caused from doing too much. I sleep and I'm tired. I eat, I'm tired. I do anything at all or nothing at all, I'm tired. It blows. I'll get better eventually, though, I hope.
Hahahahahha the air is never fresh here, damn cats.
RLS is incurable right? It's giving me anxiety, because I never feel like doing anything. You know, with my leg in pain and all. They sometimes feel tight, or there are short muscle spasms (muscles jerking), so that always gives me a scare.
Oh man, that sucks. People always advertise the pill as something that is so beneficial...but it's not the same for everyone. I hope you feel better soon. :) Yeah, I definitely need to exercise and eat better (not to mention, have a regular sleeping schedule, hahaha)
AHAHA I totally forgot about your cats for a second! Do you have a roomba? That could help, right?
Incurable, but totally treatable and manageable! I deal with it a lot. If it gets too bad, I just get up and stretch and stretch and stretch until it feels like my knees are gonna explode (I have arthritis, too. yey me) and lay back down. Nine times outta ten, that stops the pain and the spasms and I can sleep peacefully.
Nah, it was the depo shot. I can't stay on a good enough schedule for the pill. xD
Thanks, I hope I feel better soon, too. My friend just told me about this site called "Loseit..." Tracks food intake, calories, etc., etc. Members create challenges and you can complete them. I guess for internet points, idk. But it's to help with diet and exercise. Idk, I'mma give it a try at any rate.
Wtf is a roomba
Ohh, okay. I'll have to try that. Hopefully it'll work for me! Ohh I see. There are also apps on the app store/play store that does those things.
HAHAHA a roomba is this little vacuum robot that moves across the floor. When it bumps into something, it turns the other way and continues vacuuming.
Wish you the best! I heard potassium can help, too, like eatin' bananas. Don't eat too many though!
Yeah, but I'm just more comfortable with the compooper. :3
OOOHHH those cute little things. I'd love to have one. Hell, I'd love to have a vacuum cleaner. ;-; Ours broke.
Ohh, yeah I heard that too. And apparently eating magnesium is supposed to help.
I would like to have one too! Our vacuum cleaner is annoying, there's a loooong pipe that we have to connect to the wall, and there's also the parts that you have to attach...it's also suuuper heavy. It's really old though, so the design just sucks, but the vacuum itself doesn't actually suck a lot of the dirty stuff, HAHA
