So long as you take frequent breaks to rest your eyes, have proper lighting in the room (basically, don't sit with it totally dark) and stay a good bit away from the screen (don't press your face against it!) you will be just fine! :D

Lasik is about $2500 for each eye, so roughly $5,000, give or take a bit depending on labor costs for the doc. (That is with no insurance to cover any costs.) My cousin got it done, with insurance, and it was about $1500 or so for him.

It can improve your eyesight to 20/20 vision OR even better, depending on how bad your eyes were to begin with. Since I have astigmatism in my right eye, that eye will never be "perfect," but I would still be able to see crystal clear without contacts or glasses. (Will just have to deal with a slight depth perception being off-balance and some auras around lights.) Also, it can last forever! It's not common at all for your eyes to get bad again. (Eye injuries do not count in this, of course.)

Oh, yeah, it's DEFINITELY worth the cost. An eye exam alone can cost about $400, then you have $25 contacts on top of that - buying per box anyway. I bought 10 the last time I ordered. So it ended up being about $500 (since I ordered so many) or so. Then if you have glasses, those are expensive out the bum, too!

Yes, ma'am, it is. It's horrible! I hate my astigmatism, lol. Do some research on local eye docs in your area. There are some who will do financing for the surgery. (Plus, you're in Canada, sooooo... :P)

Mannnn, I love cookie dough. I have a recipe for "edible" cookie dough somewhere. Doesn't have eggs in it, so you won't get sick. Unfortunately, it also has like twice the amount of sugar so you kinda end up feeling sick anyway. I'll stick with salmonella, thanks.

I live in Arizona, and we traveled from Phoenix to Flagstaff, so we actually went and visited the snow and the cold, ironically. It was really fun though, I had a good time c: And the free shop? What's that? And that sounds relaxing as well, my boyfriend use to play that game too!
