Your landlord wouldnt want to rent to me, I would make it so he couldnt rent to another person until the place was fixed. Starting with telling all the rental agencies in town, how his lazy with the maintenance. It would be on my to do list to make sure his black balled from renting.

thing is he's renting personally.. not through a anything the worst we could do is have a contractor look at the structure damage
