25 or 40. stats seem to be as advertised, just with extra healing. using it with my t11 now, and it's only healing every other turn - looks like it might be whenever I'm not at full health. Hm.

11% heal is very nice but if it's not at full that really hurts it. It seems likely that's how it is set up though and for 30m that's still pretty nice.

Yeah, the pricetag is definitely decent for what you get. I'm trying it with the t9 now and letting his health drop to see what happens - no heal. :P So I'm not sure what the trigger is yet. I've gotta duck out for a bit soon, but I can send it your way if you want to play around with it a bit. :)

I picked up the Ziaran Throwing Knife for Economy. Seems like a very decent weapon for its tier, 3 mod slots is a great boon.

Last second purchase! I gladly remembered that this will retire today! :o My battle pet is still a new tier 4 but I'm already investing onto tier 5 and 6 weapons. Also, scrolls.

So is the worth it? Compared to other scalers (doesn't it interact with the Trident or something someone said?), and in general, would it be worth the purchase as a weapon?
