I've slowed down on my boosting of Alwix for a bit, he's at 116 and I can't make him budge lol. So whoever is 115 is a pain in my butt (bet it's :D) Going to focus on Amateur for a while.

Mornrise has a lot of health so at your stage you're going to need to just out last him. The shield you have is good for blocking, but that also means you do a lot less damage per turn. The more freezers you have to freeze him to compensate for that, the better. Rainbow vortex would be good if you have it for a chance at freezing. Gelaspell would be a good scroll for a chance at freezing. Shriek and psycho smasher would also be good but they are OPB so you'll need more than one. Recycle blaster and soma tablets or truth serum would be good. If you don't have the tablets, or the serum, blackmoon blaster is a cheap alternative. Definitely bring the Phoenix quill and recover of the lion

Omg tell me about it. After the jelly war, the struggle to do bqs is real. I'm going to try and set a goal for myself to see if that helps. Quest everyday for the rest of the month and then boost at the end.

I think I'm fully recovered from the war and now it's just a blip in my memory. goals are good, they helped me along the way a lot. small goals. I did the retired item quests this weekend and thought that was enough questing for me for awhile! just back to my shinwa+bq+quentin

I like to do shinwa for boosters, then saggi and wizard for money. I forget to do Quentin sometimes but he is after the first three quests then malaria and Pete if I really need sP for something. Battle quests are always the hardest to get through literally because of quests 21 and above can last for more than three turns if I get opponents with high health like sandragon. So lazy I know. I just get bored with them but need the easy experience. 2 or 3 mornrise/sand dragon in a row is like the worst day ever xD

Yikes, most of these options are expensive.

I have the phoenix quill and the reviver, I managed to get the Mornrise Serpent down to less than half health.

Currently I rely on the scientist glasses, rapier of error, and soma tablets for freezing, but only one of them is a reliable freezer.

So should I go for Gelaspell, since it's the most affordable option at the moment?

I do shinwa and quentin for the boosters, and bqs for the exp (duh xD) but I'm often too lazy to do more than that. the money is nice but I'm not really in dire need of it. bqs take me about a half hour to complete if I'm kinda focused.

I'm ready for anything this summer that involves battles. I only needed a day to get in routine after the jelly war. It was never an issue with me with BQs and any quest for that matter unless there's something in RL that I need to take care of.

I did bqs in between the waves, so completing bqs is not a problem for me. I didn't enjoy them that day at all though xD I'm hoping it isn't another boss for my gf's sake, she stayed up with me for most of the time so we were both pretty tired the next day. I'm hoping we see something different. a point war or just a battle week (or month!) I think battling could use a lot of new stuff besides just challengers. new scrolls, weapons, other things. it would be nice to see!

I would try the gelaspell first. It has a lot lower freezing rate than the other two I mentioned (I think it's 9% chance freeze) but it is infinite use and I've had it activate a freeze two turns in row somewhat often. Don't forget to bring in glaciating pylonic and mercurial throwing vial for potions as they both have a chance freezing.

Ok so I just got him for BQs and made sure to pay attention to what icons he does. Phys looks like the most damage he does, followed by light and then water, maybe some wind. I would try using or maybe instead of the shield, only so you can get more attacks in per turn and get some % heal. No idea on the price of these though. Definitely pick up some cobalt eternal scrolls and that will protect you from most of the icons he deals so you can get more attacks in instead of the shield.

is a good infinite use scroll, I would definitely pick this up.

Maybe this issue is I always lose focus LOL. I will grind them out later tonight and see how long it takes me.
