The ones on the forums and things all show up fine for me, it's just stuff like 's signature that I'm having issues with.

I'm still getting what is getting on the forums. Also, as I mentioned before, still getting ?s if I try to add back the characters to my shop and galleries - and my signature.
If it helps, I'm using Chrome beta and Windows 10, though everything was fine before the server move so I don't know if it's the browser or what......
For some reason though, they work fine in the Notepad widget.......
I'm still having the same problem on my pet's profile here for example, all apostrophes and quotation marks etc have turned into ’ (a with a ^, euro symbol, and a TM). I'm using firefox.
Still having the same issue, just cleared my cache to make sure it wasn't an issue with that and still no change on the forums or in my shops. I use the beta version of Chrome on Windows 8.1 and, as others have mentioned, this was fine before the server move so it's been something triggered by that I think.
Thanks for putting in the effort to push a fix for this, I definitely appreciate it :)
I can see that they're still broken, I'm trying to find a solution :(!

Posting to add: on top of the other places listed already like pet pages and forums, they do not display properly on my user page!
I previously used little flower ascii symbols to break up my headers. Now they are all ???'s when I add them back in and hit save.
Additionally, forums are still showing as broken for me with the symbols in thread titles.
I also use Chrome, and Windows 10 (but as another user above me mentioned, they worked fine before the move).
Hope you can fix it! Sorry for all the trouble its putting you through.

Okay it looks like even not-that-special characters are changing. Example, quotes "" are changing to " like in the topic "Use all" button
Still broken in forums;
Unicode characters are also broken in Pet Profiles. I really wish I had saved text of all my profiles before the server move, this was probably the last thing I expected to not go over smoothly lol. When I try to edit unicode from jumble into what it's supposed to be, they default into "?" question marks.
I'm going to guess problem is site-wide?
Not sure what settings may have changed with the server move, but good luck and I hope this will be resolved soon.

:1 well I'm glad that emojis are back to working in the forums. (testing unusual unicode: here's a burger emoji ?) ⭐ 🌟 however I'm still getting ? 's on pet profiles when trying to update them.
edit: jk, text-pasted emoji's don't work but.... at least the ascii encoded ones do

I know ya'll are aware but thought I would add I just noticed one in an item description hover. It's everywhere, it's everywhere. I'm using Chrome btw.

The problem didn't bother me so far. I have display errors on my profile and on the forums. Edit: I am using Chrome
Examples:

BUT today... I wanted to update my pet profile that contains my owned cws and noticed that the unicode characters inside the html code are broken aswell, so I won't be able to update the code (unless I replace everything with the correct signs). Which is quite annoying ;3

I'm still having this issue as well. I've just used the little heart, but it's irritating it's not working. I'm not having any issues with my pet pages- but I can see some apostrophe's not working on some item images too. Instead of doing the / thing, it's not doing a weird symbol thing, with like 5 different things. It's weird.
Any updates? Progress? Not working on it? 8I
When is this going to be fixed??
Another thing...I found a topic where a unicode character (?) seemed to work but it seems to be one of the very few that does ..? (not sure what the others are, if any though) ...
Not sure if this is related, and it's not a bug either, but I've noticed that editing shop/gallery descriptions seem to have gotten....better, for lack of a better term. No longer does the < or > or [ or ] turn into the HTML code version
I'm just really irked that all the pet profile code that was already inputted got turned into html mush... > < and " are in the ascii spectrum
:|
and to test if unicode somehow magically works now, here's a heart: ? and here's a hamburger: ? and a unicode snowman: ?

just kidding they didn't work

Thanks for the update! :D
I changed my pet profile, saved the code and checked it again - it's working here :)
On my user profile it's still not working. I am getting a "?" for every ascii sign I put into the text. There is a change though - before the update the asciis were displayed as this for example: "✔" (instead of the "?" which I get now)
