I was the Tardis and it was kinda crazy because we were going to go to this ball at the anime convention but then someone pulled the fire alarm and we almost missed the whole thing BUT we got there about 15 minutes before it ended and danced. Then he went up and asked the guy for his microphone in front of everyone there and he got down on one knee and said something along the lines of in his life and the next, aka Dr, you will always be my love through different galaxies and beyond. So cute! XD I asked her for a lighter example and we will see from there. The ring box lit up when he opened it so it looked like a spot light and I just stood there with my mouth open and he was like so the answer is and I was like Yes of course yes XDD
