You're so lucky! I've had trouble sleeping most of my life. It's actually better in the last few years. I think doing yoga was what helped.

Work got slow so I came home for a dog walk and dinner. Going back out in an hour or two. Will only work until 9 or 10. I did stay busy for 3 hours today. :-)

Yes, I work when I want to! I don't really know enough to tell what is the best hours. Maybe after the bars close, but I don't want to work late at night. I'm still figuring it all out.
