It worked! It worked!

I waved Parsley in front of his face, annoyed him until he realised what it was and then devoured it. He's also now gone onto eat his sweetcorn which is his favourite!

Oh wow who'da thunk it? How cool is that? I'd be scrambling for all his favorites. lol

We already had it out to see if he would eat them but he hadn't shown any interest before the parsley.

Wow, maybe you should keep the parsley on hand in case he does that again then?

Well it's work.

It's been a nice way to distract myself from he other part of my life.

Thumper's appetite has improved greatly! I'm so glad I managed to find that bit of advice.

Work does come in handy when you need a distraction but it's hard to motivate ourselves to actually go to work!

Yeah there is that... right now though, I welcome going. Not much to get me to go when I know I have to stop thinking about anything and focus on what I am doing at work.

Yeah I know what you, mean I was so tired today and I didn't want to go to work but once I was there I woke up.

I'm operating on much less sleep than usual this day should be... interesting...

Haha, well at the moment I'm ok but yesterday I was falling asleep sitting up. 10 hour day today too. oh joy oh joy.

How's things?

Things haven't been great. Today (18th) was the 5 year anniversary of my Granddad's death and my fiancé's birthday so I have been up and down. I went into work even though he had the day off to keep myself distracted and my colleagues managed to do a good job, plus it was really busy with students returning to University this weekend.

Not reading anything but letting you know I'm back. We're officially online at the new place and lots of work to do but I'll be sneaking on at odd hours for a bit. ;) hugs Hope all is still well, will come back and read later what you've said and try to catch up!

Work has actually been a welcome distraction for me too. So I know how that goes.

No we didn't do anything together for his day on the day, or the day after. I am so emotionally drained at the moment that things are a little difficult for us. We are stronger together so we will get through it.
