There's a couple of names I'm keeping an eye on, but not really "stalking". It would be nice to get at least one of them, as they're on a friend's account. Most of my pets'names are either from past mass clearings, or are names that were looked up and happened to be sitting around on inactive/frozen accounts.

The only name I have truly stalked is Yami, which was a name I had back before the reset. It cleared and was waiting around for me when I returned from a past hiatus.

You kind of have to just wait and watch the account, until the inactivity notice comes up (about 2 months before clearing), and the notice tells you the exact date that the names will be eligible.

I've experienced this from the other side of the equation. I lost a bunch of my pet names because I didn't log in often enough... and I had no idea that could happen :C One of my friends told me about it offhandedly, and I rushed back to save the others! I may take long breaks from sites, but I don't want my pets to disappear on me D:

Yeah I'm stalking (and hoping) to get a pet name from an account that I have no idea if it's inactive or not. ene It's not a common name or anything but still..

I got the name I was stalking! I'm pretty happy about that, and can't wait to start working on on the pet.

There's a couple that I would like to have but I'm not very active on here in the grand scheme of things. I will go through crazy obsessive times where I will work on my pets until they are 100% and other times I will just be like 'I love you all but overlays will come later'... I'm a crap pet mum haha.

I do always worry about the pets that I have are 'name stalked' sometimes, and I do feel a little bad about it... Hopefully nobody hates me for hoarding the names. I have the best intentions for them all, I promise!

iirc I got Megalith from a clearing! I was still pretty new to everything and had no idea that name clearing could even happen. But my friend gave me a heads up that Megalith's owner was no longer active and I was able to get it! I doubt it's a particularly popular name so I have no idea how long it was cleared for. Other than that I've never really even tried to get a previously owned pet name!

fairly certain i got peter parker and either snake eyes or storm shadow through clears (it was probably snake eyes). there is one other name i keep remembering i'd like and searching for and seeing the lil birdy he is right now, but i believe he belongs to an acquaintance (tracking un changes after ages of hiatus is a trip, haha) whose last seen is hidden and i'm not interested in letting anyone go or buying more slots right now to justify asking for him, so i guess it's a moot point.

In the past I've snagged Drip, Brillig, Cannabis, Stitch (sorta, someone else snagged it during a mass clearing, but then changed it shortly after), Ursa, Isabeau, Mare Imbrium, and Adams from frozen/inactive accounts. Just this past week I was able to get Damask, which made me very happy.

There are about five names I check on from time to time, but I doubt there is any chance they will ever come up. Two are owned by the same account and they both are names of two of my IRL pets. I have this pipe dream of having all four of my dogs names on here.

I propably have some names other users are after as there are always weeks I don't log into the game, maybe even months in the past. Even though I got some of the names I was after in the past myself :) My username was a lucky catch as well as the petnames Madonna, Constellation, Cemetary and Unity. Atm I don't stalk any names but I remember it has always been funny to do so =)
