[-Pan] the map is totally worth it. it wasn't that expensive. i complete it within a few days i was here. you get good sp if you limit your your quest spending. carl can be a jerk sometimes too, asking for expensive stuff but gives you junk. also you have access to ocean depth vending machine, which currently gives the pirate items for the holiday. and you can do the quest to convert to hydrus pet.

I had to spend like 5 mil on the map! Granted, I've been here like 2 and a half years so I didn't have many opportunities to get the pieces. I did get one in a random event right after completing the map though, lol. I usually don't spend more than 30k sp on a single item for his quests but so far the rewards have been pretty good. I didn't even know the VM had pirate items right now! I used it yesterday and 50 items in a row were cheap clothes from the main shops so I gave up. :P but, yeah, the option for a hydrus pet is a plus!

[-Pan] right now carls quests is kinda expensive since everybody is doing it to get pirate items. on normal days, most of them are just 30k or less with decent rewards. yeah you don't get "rare" items using vending. i only use vending for pirate items on day one. i did get a few. i got too many unused wizard token anyway. haha. carl quests is the best. i remember i got 2 different bloodred elixir in one day before. and so many other rares.

Yeah, but I've still gotten some good rewards; the best ones I think so far have been a Merman Aloysius Plushie, Thresher Shark and Tiger Shark, and one of the sharks sold for over 4mil pretty quickly so the map has pretty much paid for itself by now :P but yeah. I definitely think omen islands is worth it, haha

stable? good! i got hundreds of items needed to quickstock. hopefully they don't go into the abyss again!

I just quickstocked about 10 times and everything went in xD And I switched browsers from Chrome to Firefox and now I can see item previews, which is nice, though annoying as I usually just use chrome.

yeah it is working good now :) chrome doesn't work? maybe chrome has something stopping the preview script by default? some kind of adblock that went too far.
