So I guess the reason that I rarely get taxed (and I'm NOT after that achievement, so that's fine with me) is that I rarely keep many of my millions of sP out. OK, well good. I'll keep doing what I'm doing--bank it frequently! :)

I'm not even 1% completed with that achievement. I rarely have on-hand money from quests before I spend it on something else.

I don't get taxed frequently, but I am also in the habit putting sP into my Vault each million. I never have more than a million on hand unless I'm in the midst of questing. Got taxed once during that, but not much more.
