Surprisingly, a few submissions already point to the fact that this is exactly what was done. Others clearly show that the team figured them out. (I guess some folks think I'm too dumb to pick up the differences. :D)

Kelian is one of the guardians of everyone associated with the Wayward Squirrel and the Gearloose Goose while they are in the Borderlands. (So is Tanaka.) He is also the missing Seelie prince, Caniel. He was the heir to the Seelie throne until he learned his older brother might be alive. The absence of both princes allowed the Unseelie to gain a foothold into Seelie realms.

In addition to the reasons Laurie mentioned, all of which are valid, some of the other teams who found the eggs were triggered by the fact that Sunny put the ring in Tanaka's pocket, which made no sense at all, since he was a total stranger to her. So why would she trust him? She must have seen him near or with someone she knew well, and she also realized she was being followed. That ring is one of the three keys to defeating the Unseelie and locking the Seelie realm in safety, so she would have guarded it with her life, and decided Tanaka would too.

Since he and Kelian ran a lot of patrols together and fought together, the ring took on extra meaning, which only fit if Kelian was actually Caniel.

Also, why couldn't the Bone Riders enter the portal? It had to be protected by some very strong force, and it held someone or something special. Since Delgar supposedly died in a maze, it was likely it was his body (with the second ring,) or, better yet, Delgar himself. Bin-Go!

That's why I made it clear that these eggs were plot related, but, believe me, you were not alone. I got trivia from Harry Potter to Johnny Depp to children's nursery songs to just about everything else. :D

The explanation on how people came up with the eggs about Caniel and Delgar seems very logical (now xD). I would never have been able to guess them LOL

Ok - so I understand who prince caniel is in this plot, and that he assumed a false identity to go on a quest, which left his kingdom vulnerable to attack.

What I really wants to know was More about his background because it seems he has been at ws a long time. Was he part of the story line of characters in ws2?

I am just trying to wrap my mind around all the back stories since I wasn't involved in previous ws. But I'm seriously loving this event! You are so amazing to run it - thank you so so much!!!! hugs

He's new to the WS realm this year. He's been in Bordertown and around Jedro, Tony, and Ms. Miranda. He's at risk right now because of needing to take a dose of Unseelie elixir in order to stay balanced in a human world. Thorson and Hayao are working on a fix for this.
