I have to admit that I was a little shocked when I saw the wigs this morning however the item images are amazing and since I'm not a big wardrobe person but a huge bird lover I won't complain too much.

Nevertheless it might be wise to see if the wigs could get a revamp of some sort, otherwise I don't think that too many of them will leave the Cash Shop.

I was mostly surprised that these were Cash Shop items. Unfortunately, I've just come to expect this from regular site releases, but for Cash Shop? I don't think many people would buy these at all. The lineart is thick and the coloring and saturation makes the wigs look watery or plastic. It's really a shame that people are already requesting/suggesting a revamp on items that were just released. Looks more like old site art, to be honest.

Yeah like everyone else -- love the idea, but the wigs are... er. I won't really complain, because I wasn't planning on buying any of these anyways.

Really disappointed with both the shading and the lineart on some of these wigs... but only some? A handful look like much older art in need of a revamp -- the macaw and the vulture specifically. The shapes are interesting, the wigs are all unique-looking, but they just don't seem up to Subeta's standards as of late, especially CS standards. :C

The idea behind the wigs is nice but the artwork is just... bad. Personally I am not going to buy any of them, the ones I would buy are so pixelated and are looking so outdated. Also, I get the idea behind this wig but the shading on both hair parts is so different from each other, it doesn't look like it belongs together... also that thick black line on the neck looks off. :/

In my opinion the only 3 of the batch that would be worth buying... :/

Just echoing many others here...the thick black lines around the wigs is really off putting. Great potential, though.

The more I look at the Macaw and Vulture Wig the more I wonder why there seem to be no plans to revamp them. They definitely could look awesome so it's really a shame imo...

I wonder if the site has even made back what they paid the artist for these wigs. I don't understand why there seems to be no option to have them redone.

The posters look like they were done by at least two different artists. Even the posters have slightly different styles if you look really closely. I'd even venture to say three artists worked on them, and two of those artists are ones I really don't like for art style. They usually have clunky lineart, skewed perspective, and shiny, plasticky shading.

I think this is what makes me even more mad about the vulture and macaw posters

Out of the batch, they have my favorite CIs.

Raven and Pigeon also have great CIs

Sandpiper and Swallow are too light compared to the rest, namely. I like the concept, and as stand-alone items, I'd probably buy them for the CIs, but in the set, they stand off a fair bit, and not in the good way.

thank you for updating/fixing the worst offenders. hugs now the Omen Island one is waaaaay cuter!!! (still not going to buy it because the wig style is still old/dated, but it is much better)

They are definitely better, but I am still seeing really thick black lines that are just bleh. Maybe they can get more touch ups in the future.

I still don't care much for the other revamped wigs but the Peka Glade Bird of Paradise is looking good now in my opinion. (:

Is there a comparison available for what they were like before the little revamp? (silly me didn't pay too much attention to start with)

....now if only the would actually display on my HA properly (works fine in the wardrobe, but is invisible on my HA and also on the item hover) ;)

I probably won't use most of the styles, mainly because I don't ever really mess with my HA too much, but I really love the item artwork on these and will be picking up a set at some point.
