Add me to the list of people who got one booster since shinwa was revamped. I've literally gotten junk from her every single day this past week.

I'm all for balance, but if they keep this going, they'll need to do a triple booster to even out the inflated prices I can sense coming, if everyone is as unlucky as I have been lol

In the six years before the Double items... I can not remember going more than 2 or 3 days, without getting a booster. memory could be off, by a day , but surely not a frakn week+

Boosters prices haven't moved yet, they're still rock-bottom. Please, come to our sandbox, there's plenty of room! And they're really not going anywhere, since there's still many more being given out than being used. People got used to training being free, and unless you're tier 13, it still pretty much is with BQs giving out tons of stats everyday.

Going to chime in here since I've gotten one booster in something like 2+ weeks of Shinwa quests too. I'm all for removing the second item from the quests since it was supposed to the temporary to even out booster prices (I actually remembered that news post and had wondered periodically when staff would get around to removing it), but the rate of how often boosters are given out really shouldn't have been messed with in my opinion. I get wanting prices to go up after they deflated too severely, but cutting off supply to Shinwa boosters right after introducing the new stat cap and tier 13 pets just doesn't make much sense to me. Prices would naturally even out, albeit over a longer period of time, after removing the second reward and without altering the rate at which boosters are given out by Shinwa. Seems a little extreme to me, but hopefully that indicates that this change is temporary just to force prices to adjust a bit faster. I guess we'll see.

It keeps being said that the bonus item was the only thing tweaked but I was still getting plenty of boosters even without getting two before the tweak and now I've gotten like 2 in the 2 weeks that it's been changed. 2 out of 14 days and I use mine on my pet so I am a little frustrated. I've been seeing so many people getting nothing out of her, and I don't think it's "bad luck" at this point.

I haven't experienced any kind of rate decrease on my end, at least, not noticeably. I've been getting boosters same as before minus the bonus.

Could doing that have altered the rate? My perception (and it seems, that of lots of other people) is that the rate at which stat boosters is given out has dropped considerably, and I can't believe that my perception is that far offbase.

negative bias. people remember when they DONT get boosters.

Also, (unless the chance coding is very weird, which it definitely could) the chance for the 2nd item would statistically raise the OVERALL chance of getting a booster since you would have 2 chances to get a booster with the chance of a 2nd item booster being lower than chance for the first.

I agree that has something to do with it, but I'm still pretty certain there's something else going on. Or, if there isn't, I have had an exceptional streak of bad luck lately.

[edit] After 85 days, this thread has sunk to the bottom of the front page and is about to scroll off to the next page. I'm using that as an opportunity to bow out of further updates.

I remain convinced that Cranberry was mistaken when she said that the drop rate for boosters hadn't changed. I think Subeta did lower the drop rate, but returned it to where it was about 30 days later. Among the reasons for that belief: (1) I got 27 boosters in 85 days, but only 5 of them were during the first 30 days. (2) During the first 30 days, there were two seven-day periods during which I got no boosters at all, and that never occurred during the 55 days since.

I receive a booster on a good day (which means never). At least, I can always pile up the junk until Recycle Beast ask them.

Since we get shit now, at least can we get a revamp on her items?? ^ really?

I think I still get a stat booster at least 4-5 days of the week. I did get 3 duds in a row but the past few days I've gotten some good loot. Minus the extra item I haven't seen a change in the reward system. I may just have a bit more luck than others :)

I've gotten more junk lately, but that's just because I got a "bonus" prize pretty much every day and one of them was pretty much always a booster, so it's more noticeable now when my singular prize is worthless. But I think proportionally it's about the same amount; I've still gotten a fair number of boosters since the bonus was removed.

Shinwa isn't a waste of time if you do your quests anyways? I mean, you literally have to do nothing extra outside of the quests that are available for completion. So.. you're getting rewarded on top of being rewarded for quests by doing 5 quests in a certain order. If you AREN'T doing your quests then I need no further explanation as to why you aren't making sP on Subeta.

Adding to the grumpiness, its been well over a week sense Ive gotten ANY stat booster, and no double items...I get that the amulets have to regulated to an extent but I feel like the ratio of amulets to tomb has also gone up...maybe its just me...anyway..hope it gets better soon

- You no longer have a chance of getting a second item from Shinwa. That was a feature they added a while and forgot to disable a while ago, so they finally did it. Stat boosters were becoming too inexpensive because of the rate (and doubles) that were being dropped.

thanks for the info on it! I appreciate that...I know I heard people mentioning the stat boosters becoming rarer and the missing second item...I will of course keep doing them.. :) but I can understand why staff did it!
