neopets is almost 16 years old, according to google. the avatar chat is okay! it is one of the fastest, although the people there are either super nice or rude af. mostly nice though. apparently viacom recently sold neopets to a company called jumpstart (?) and now they're taking away all kinds of shit (the translations to other languages are ending, they fired someone who wrote the neopets paper or w/e) so people are angry, from what i've seen. i don't really care about what happens to the site i'm still pissed off they had to convert all the pets and that was in 2007 lmfao
