Let me start by saying I have difficulty in explaining ideas and suggestions in words. So I tend to make a lot of mock screenshots to express my suggestions.

Today, I'd like to make two suggestions related to the Battle Coliseum.

bcsuggest - if you guys have any other suggestions you'd like me to add in, let me know.

well, all my pets are battle pets so the first suggestion doesnt apply to me.

The second one though, I've always thought that the fight this opponent again button should actually make you fight that opponent again and there should be a separate button to take you back to the challenge page.

The first suggestion is more or less for those who only use, let's say for example, 3 of their 20 pets for battling. I only use 5 of my 12, and definitely not going to train my other 7, so there's no reason for them to even appear on the training center page. xD

For the second one, yeah, I've always expected that to be the case too. xD

1. I would really prefer in the 'registered' option only applied to battling and not the training center. I train all 46 pets to 200 evens (sometimes a bit more because Jim apparently hates even numbers) and I'd hate to have to register the little guys just to train then unregister them later. Not to mention im sure a lot more people train than necessarily battle.

Also the pet page takes roughly 47 years to load, while the TC only takes about 5 years... so anytime I need to spot check some pets (like a new pet and where they fall, who's next to who, while using elixirs/potions/zapping to make sure I'm not about to regret something, and also pulling pet images because we can't do that from a pet's profile). I'd really hate to be limited by this or have to pay just to see all my pets in the TC.

However, I'm totally on board for registering pets to battle and only seeing them on the challenge page. I know I can achieve this by just starving the (uhh..) 33 pets I don't battle with but then I'd feel bad and I don't want to.

2. Yes to all of this. Especially the "fight again with same pet" and "fight with a different pet". Please and thank you for that.

I've never tried that button, because I always use the dropdown on my history for that tab to either go back to said challenger or one step further to the challengers page.

I believe on the Cap raise thread I mentioned I would like to have an option to choose, which pets I want to see in the BC in general (an on/off switch on the pets page, I guess) That could be made a second tick for the ones you want to see at Jim's.

If you don't register any pets, all your pets would probably continue to show up. Once you opt into registering one or more pets, only those will show up.

I don't battle much but sure, why not? If it makes things easier for those that do

But I guess I sort of answered it myself with my second edit mentioning my own earlier request/suggestion about choosing pets for BC and training on the pets page.

By "Registering is NOT a requirement in order for a pet to battle." I'm pretty sure they meant, you wouldn't have to register your pets if you don't want to. But either, you register some and they show up, or all your pets will show up. Not that your unregistered pets will show up anyway, which seems to be what you're asking about.

Oh, o.k., you're right, there's probably more than one way of looking at it. I still prefer my idea, like that I can opt them in and out at my whim ;)

BQs are also begging to be streamlined - the item page feels entirely redundant when the rewards are generally so average and could easily be rolled into the EXP page for 30 fewer clicks a day.

Would "change weapon set" just link to the armory? If so, then I don't think there's a need for that button.

And the Healer really needs to be linked in the menu bar at the top.

As for "same pet" and "change pet", I'd rather just have the one button we have now ("fight this opponent again"), but have it changed to work like this:

• The button takes you back to the weapon/pet select page, just like it does now, but:

• It auto-selects the pet you just battled with

• And it carries over the weapon set you just used instead of reverting to your default set.

That way it's just two clicks to get back into the exact same battle.

I would love the registration suggestion to be implemented so much. I only have two pets right now but I've had way more than that in the past and I hated seeing them all at the Training Center.

And I don't care much about the streamlining thing but I could appreciate a link straight to the Healer, for sure.

I would LOVE that the challenge opponent again button would just throw you back into battle with the weapons you already selected. And yes to having the option to go back and switch up things if you feel you have to. It would make getting those 10 wins out of the way so much easier and not feel like you're losing focus.

I train and fight with all of my pets so the first option is irrelevant to me. But I can see why that might be a fun and useful feature for folks who like to keep their pets fed and happy.

No, the change weapon set button is my brain just jumping ahead since Keith is now working on the multiple battle sets feature. I assume we'll be able to make multiple battle sets, so if you have another set you'd like to change to after a battle, you'd then be able to do so in a new tab.

Hmm...true. I was thinking more of that it would be an optional thing. All unregistered pets would, by default, show up in the Training Center (TC) and BC, unless you decide to register specific pets to show up instead at these places.

Or alternatively, registered pets will show up at the top of the TC and BC, whereas the unregistered are isolated down the page. You could still train/battle with unregistered pets. Registering would cut down the need to scroll on the TC page specifically.

tl;dr: registering would be more of an aesthetic thing, really (also something random I thought up of on the spot). Or something to put in place of highscores. xP

this would be really handy because, while in theory i would like to battle with all of my pets, in practice i'm only using 1 of the 18 on a daily basis, so the only way to streamline battle selection for the time being is to feed kolja and no one else. i'd love to be able to keep them all lodged and only have kolja selected when it's battle quest time, because then if i so chose to fight with somebody else, all i'd have to do is select/activate/whatever that pet, then deselect/deactivate when i was done.

would be way handier than the way i'm doing it now, especially with scroll libraries/multiple defaults supposedly on the horizon.

It's all unknown right now. I like the idea of a dropdown. That works too, especially if we can name our sets. ^.^

I would love for the first one to be implemented. I would like there to be some way to 'hide' or maybe collapse the box or something for bb pets that I'm not actively training. I have an army of Tier 3s, something like 15 of them. I put one or two of them for training randomly for a few days at a time, here and there. However, I don't keep my pets ordered by how I train them, I keep them ordered by how I want them to appear on my profile, and sometimes changed the order based on reading books, feeding, etc. And Cambry, my main battle pet, is my first pet. So I'm often scrolling allll the way down the page from her, to the very last pet, when I'm in the training center. It just gets old. I only have 20 pets, holy cow I feel for you guys who have like 50.

I do agree with what others have said though, that this should either have a separate but similar type of function for battling and the training center, or something we could switch on and off with ease/swap pets around easily, etc. because of a thousand reasons - it wouldn't work well if it was the exact thing for battling and training, as we often train pets we don't fight with, and vice versa.

As for the second one, hell to the yes.

For the first point, maybe more like "favourites" rather than registering? Such that favourite pets would show up at the top of the list (both as battle options and on the training page).

I love section 2, especially an option to just toss your pet back into the exact same battle, with the same weapons selected, with no more intervening pages, scrolling or clicking needed.
