That's not tempest's rain,it always rains there and the tempest thing happens on mondays

It isn't always raining there. Why does it rain sporadically?

Well I shouldn't say always but someone asked staff about that already and if you right click it and open the link it says its the not rainy overylay which means its not tempest's rain but shadowglen has rain off and on all the time but it's usually the rain for that area specifically.

are you referring to Shadowglen? That's normal. The Tempest rain normally doesn't appear until Mondays :)
