Got the events while putting things in vault.

I'm pretty new here and wanted to double check about how to find Tempest! While it's raining (like it is right now, correct?) just explore Subeta and look for a RE? Can Tempest be found inside buildings and shops?

Thanks! At first I was thinking it would be like the bird daily where the event pops up anywhere on the page.

I kept seeing the rain when I explored Subeta, but never got the event til I was in inventory. Almost missed the first one. Good luck; hope you get an event soon. :)
