When making a news post in the forum, sometimes the item image doesn't appear. See my news post or Reaper's news post.

If you look at the main SubetaLodge page though, the posts appear fine with all item images appearing.

Hey did you notice Osterizer and I talking about some mysterious project? It is time for you to help us out and give it a test run!

Okay, so it is not so much NEW as it is....the same, lol. The same somewhere else, actually.

Basically we are moving the site to a new location so before the final move we need you to try things out and make sure everything is working correctly. Try out updating your collections. Give the admin functions a whirl (not all of them are functioning yet).

Nothing you do on there will be permanent and it hasn't been updated since the first week of January, as far as items, etc. go. If you have changed your password since then you will need to use your old password.

Any link that's hardcoded as "subetalodge.org" will do that -- there are a lot of those, and I only changed the ones that were absolutely necessary for the site to run (because I have to change them all back later).

, , -- some more of the backstory. During 2017, we experienced some frustrating downtime with the current host. Georgie's asked me to explore the possibility of moving the entire site to a new host. The address 'sbl.collegemath.org' is a temporary address while the real address continues to point to the existing site. Eventually, we'll make a switch and 'subetalodge.org' will point to the new site.

Since we're migrating the entire site, I've also undertaken some back-end upgrades. The new site runs PHP 7.0 (instead of PHP 5.3), which is faster and more secure. Some of the existing code wasn't compatible with PHP 7.0, so I've had to rewrite parts of the site. Most of this rewriting could be automated, but I haven't fully tested the rewritten code. (That's where you can help!)

Feel free to visit the new site, play around on it -- nothing will be saved permanently, so don't worry about messing things up. Let me know if you see anything that's not working but should be.

So far it seems like it's working alright. It lets me add/remove from collections, the links all seem to be in order.

Are there any specific sections that you're most worried about?

It looks like blessings last for 2 turns, curses last for 3. And it's a percent chance to activate the blessing/curse.

I've updated the information on the Cabochons to reflect what they add currently and the chance of activating the blessing or curse and what it does:

Earth Cabochon Crystal: Adds 4 earth attack to the weapon it is attached to. Has a 2% chance to activate Entombed curse, which adds 12 earth damage for three rounds.

Earth Defense Cabochon Crystal: Adds 4 earth defense to the weapon it is attached to. Has a 3% chance to activate Landslide blessing, which adds 25 earth defense for two rounds.

If you're okay with the wording on those, I'll go ahead and update the stats for the other known ones.

I played around a little and the only problem I ran into were links going to the original site and missing image files (which I assume is the same issue).

Subeautique - the images show up in the regular user pages, but when I went in to the admin area to make changes every one was listed as missing image files. Also missing files for Delish and costume trunks.

Our admin pages don't show the images themselves. Or is that not what you mean? When you click on the actual pages on the beta site the images are all there. But the admin pages are not fully functional yet.
