Thank you ❤️ - I feel like I noticed this before and did a month or two and then ran out of time and forgot to go back and keep doing it.

I've been working from oldest to newest rather than monthly. Finished up to and including July 2011 Collection. Now I need to do some Subeta stuff, like dailies, etc.

Today in weird glitches that are probably definitely subeta's fault...

I was adding in the newly approved CWs but for 2 items, instead of pulling the right data, it just duplicated the information from the item above.

Looking for 224274 Found Otterly Skelly Qipao Dress Retrieved extended item information for Otterly Skelly Qipao Dress Looking for 224275 Retrieved extended item information for Otterly Skelly Qipao Dress

Looking for 224300 Found Onyx Studded Luxury Kitty Sweater Retrieved extended item information for Onyx Studded Luxury Kitty Sweater Looking for 224301 Retrieved extended item information for Onyx Studded Luxury Kitty Sweater

For the first one, it was actually supposed to be the Otterly Spooky Qipao Dress under item ID 224275 - so name, description, and images were wrong but everything else was okay. For the second one it was supposed to be Black Bootyful Bun Huggers (so it wasn't because it was a recolor right behind it). Subeta was being wonky though as I was loading the info into SL, so I'm assuming when it lagged here it made our retriever skip or something.

I always click to open every release on SL so I can see if I want to buy the item, so it was easy and obvious to fix (just had to manually enter info but that's not a big deal). Just thought I'd make note of it in case anyone else has it happen.

I'm like 99% positive that that was an issue with Subeta lagging on providing the information in the query (Subeta has been errors and lag galore today, it's like it knows both programmers are gone). Hopefully a check in the code will confirm that or whatever it is that you do to see and understand these things haha. It's far beyond my knowledge.

: Following up --

Here's what was going on: When you enter a range of numbers, SubetaLodge asks Subeta one at a time for the item hover information for those items. If Subeta gives us that information, we save it to a file and use that file to update our database. If Subeta comes back with an error (504/520/Cloudflare, etc), we don't save anything to a file -- but the previous file was still out there, so we updated our database with the previous item's information.

So now, we wipe the previous item's file before we try to retrieve the next item. Then if Subeta gives us an error, we'll still have to add that item by hand, but the wrong information won't get into the database first.

I haven't tested this yet, since there aren't any new CWs to test this on -- so if you try it and something goes bonkers, let me know.

Fun new weird thing happening on SL - when I try to click on an item to view the item detail view of it...it's endless loading. I've tried on my laptop and on my phone (both Firefox). If I search a broad term, it loads the lists fine, but if I search a specific item name to get it to load an item with only that name, it lags the same as below.

It eventually loaded on my phone but wouldn't load on my actual browser. and after several minutes loaded on the browser.

I checked in Chrome (not logged in) and it loaded fast, but when I logged in and tried again, it was endless loading again for several minutes before finally loading.

I also had a brief bout where it wouldn't go back to the main page and was doing a long load.

: I've tried the usual things to do when the system's being sluggish -- flush the cache, delete the temp files, etc. They didn't seem to help much. I've turned on some logging that we don't usually use (because taking the time to log slows things down even more), and I'll let them run for a few hours and see if something unusual shows up in the logs.

Sorry I don't have an answer at all right now.

[edit:] It turns out that Linode, our service provider, is having some networking issues, so it may not be us.

Bleah. Sorry about the multiple-posting last night. I submitted the post, but it didn't show up (after 45 minutes!), so I tried submitting it again... and now look what happened!

Anyway, SubetaLodge is working faster for me today, and Linode reports their problem has cleared up. Are you still having trouble?

No worries! I had a feeling it might be related to our host because it was fine and then it wasn't and I know nothing really changed in the interim. It looks like it's running like normal for me!

go to the wardrobe, on the menu above the wardrobe (the blue part), click on personal, then cosmetics.

For me it took a very long time to load, but it did eventually.

LOL, go for it!

I thinks its a good idea. Its something you have to earn yourself, can't buy it, not a physical item that you would feel ripped off about not being able to sell, and just something different than a regular old pet slot. Personally though, I'd have preferred a new skin.
