I remember when mage amulets were worth anywhere from 800K-1 mil. Now they're worth less than half that. Just putting that out there for people who think Quentin's being stingy with the mage amulets =p

I have no problums with Quint BUT carl is a big pain in the butt with cheap stuff until today

I've never had problems with Carl. You have to be careful how much you're spending, but he and Pete yield pretty decent rewards. Don't spend more than 5k per item for Carl and you'll be fine.

1 Amulet, Lost sP, and 2 QP :(

I always loose sP now but today I only lost about 35k which was amazing for Quent (I've lost up to 150k before) but I did get 2 amulets. Probs QP too but I never pay attention to those. But I do normally get between 1-3 amulets a day.

Not....really? I think it's pretty damn good odds. Before they did the first change to 5 a day (which I didn't like) I was lucky to get one or two a day. I get more now with this new change and I think it's an even compromise between too many and too few.

I disagree. I get 0/10 on a lot of days. The amulets are barely over 300k. I remember getting around 3/10 a day on average and selling them for over 400-500k each (and this wasn't years ago either). I don't follow the battle changes much, so I'm not really sure what is happening or why (wasn't the stats cap raised? why haven't prices gone up lol), but to see prices and odds drop so much puts a dent in my money making (add to that shinwa being nerfed and shinwa booster prices also being lackluster).

Mage Amulets haven't been 400k in ages as far as I'm aware though. Not even before they made the change. I sell mine and they've only dropped about 20k after what happened before with the 3-5 a day thing. I don't really want Quent throwing out amulets left and right because that is DEFINITELY not going to help that selling price. I do understand you've got bad luck but I really think how they are going out now is fair from what I've seen of myself and others who do the quests.

I'm having mixed results, with a GA, one day I received 1, 3 another day, 0 one day, 2 another day. Today, specifically, I got 1 amulet, 3 QPs, and -sP. With selling the amulet, I still made profit.

Today I got only one amulet (but I had to quit some quests) and the last two times I did(two weeks ago?) I didn't get one. Has something changed?

Quest points are standard at 1 for every 5 completed quests from the last Keith said. They're not luck based anymore, unless something's changed again.

K I just did Quent: Amulets on 5 and 7, didn't quit anything. Didn't lose too much sP today.

I did all 15 quests... no amulets, lost 100k. I'm not doing their quests anymore once I get the last achievement... got less than 350 quests to go, so I'm close.
