((Pfft. I was just sort of casually waiting for everyone to arrive at the warehouse. I guess I'll just go then.))
Ariel’s attention shifted more to the self-proclaimed Elder as she called herself, although they did keep the summoner in the corner of their eye. “You could tell quite a bit about me just from my eyes. I wasn’t aware it was special quirk.†Hands in pockets, weight shifted to on leg. Relaxed looking now since the stranger appeared to have taken notice, but still ready to bolt if necessary. “I’ll admit, you’ve got my attention and interest. Can’t say I’ve had much of any formal training with my abilities. Although, two things first. One: Trust is usually built on mutual respect and with all due respect, I might not have the age you claim to have, but I’ve done pretty well surviving by my own means for longer than most folks live. Two: I tend to go where the wind takes me so to speak, which is usually away from conflict. I’m not sure how I feel about intentionally picking fights.†It was a bit more forceful than Ariel normally was, but this was happening so fast it felt like going on the defensive was the most comfortable option. Besides, Ariel knew nothing about this other immortal, and one could learn a lot from how the responded to force.

((Pretty much posting this also to remind y'all that Silas is still a thing ;) ))
Garret Greenway
Garret sighed as he lead the group to the warehouse, "I dunno... Maybe I might just be overreacting about this..." He was casually about to pop off the vent in the side of the warehouse when he saw something peculiar. The front door was open. Which meant the twenty-someodd year old chained lock to the door was broken. Which meant someone didn't just take shelter into his home. Someone broke into his home. This ticked him off a bit. He was prepared to only find one person in his home, but unfortunately to his surprise, there were four people there, the corpse and Victoria included.
Garret clenched his fists and tried to control his anger as he walked over to his mini-fridge, snatched it, and walked back to the door a few feet away from Victoria, where Percy patiently waited eyeing the three newcomers with curiosity. He spoke slowly and asked, immediate hate beginning to boil for the three newcomers, "Can anyone tell me, why there are four goddamn uninvited guests in my home, one of them already stealing my scarce amount food?"
Silas Riel
Silas silently waited as the deployment jet-plane soared over the Atlantic Ocean, polishing his as50, as well as inspecting each silver bullet. These shifter things weren't werewolves but they were close enough. It was best just to make sure. While he loaded them back into the magazine, the pilot decided to bring up some small-chat. "So, who's the sorry bugger that Padre Pius sent you after?" Silas' head rose to look at the pilot before he went back to his gun to pop in the fresh magazine, "Shifter, female. Apparently she's one of the few elder demons. I got word just half an hour ago from another hunter it's last location. I'm guessing it won't take me any more than three days to track and kill it." The pilot took a small look over his shoulder to look at the Shifter hunter with a bit of concern and asked, "What if she's got friends?" Silas was silent for a moment before he gave a small laugh and said with a smirk,
"I'll kill them too."

"Victoria went ahead to investigate," Elsidy pointed out softly next to Garret. She wrung her hands before meekly adding, "Garret, don't be mad. What if they didn't know it was your home? What if..." her mind flashed to what it would be like if she didn't have friends by the time Brazen had disowned her. Her voice dwindled down to a squeak. "What if they didn't know and were just afraid and desperate?" Her dark eyes turned to the two stranger Immortals, silently pleading them to confirm and apologize.

(Ahaha. xD Looks like my slow butt was beat to it!)
When they arrived at the warehouse Felix looked around a bit to make sure no one was following them before peering into the doorway to find several people inside. She was weary but Victoria wasn't attacking so..hopefully they were friendly. Though seeing Garret snatch his mini fridge and carry it off made her grin a bit and snicker. She looked to Elsidy and the grin disappeared. Felix stepped over to her and firmly patted her shoulder. "Don't be too hard on them Garret, I'd call you a liar if you said you never stole food."
If I read through everything would it be okay if I joined, or is it too late?
(( We could probably give you a sum-up...also we're really low on hunters.))

Are they okay?
Name: Sally Finch Age: 18, 110 Gender: Female Race: Shifter Appearance: Sally is average height, 5'6, with brown hair that falls to the middle of her back. Her hair is usually braided into one style or another. Her paw print is located on her left wrist. Her eyes are bright and hazel colored. She has a scar on her right upper arm from shoulder to elbow. Usually she wears some type of shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes. Preferred Animal(s): Red Panda- preferred, Florida Panther Biography: Sally grew up around nature. Her mother was a conjurer who manipulated plants. She tried to keep a low profile, so that she could lead as normal a life as possible. Her father worked as a vet and took her to work whenever possible. When he introduced her to the red panda exhibit she fell in love with them and would always be found watching them, or helping to take care of their habitat. Eventually she'd think about them and discover patches of fur sprouting over her body. Through a lot of practice she learned she could change into one of the happy little fellas. Her family tried to ignore her differences for as long as possible, but knew that the Catholic Hunters would find her eventually. They told her about her danger but she refused to leave until she was legally able to be on her own. She visited when she could until they passed away. Her mother killed herself rather than live without her husband. A Hunter found her visiting their grave site and gave her her scar on her arm with a knife. After that she lived in the wild. In the wild she learned to shift into a panther, but she has difficulty shifting to it at times. She's too skittish of being captured to fall in love. She'd like to settle down one day though. Personality: Sally is a usually happy woman, not lingering on problems for too long. She's torn between being social and being caught and that causes her to be a bit jumpy. She has a serious fear of dying. Between the choices of flight or fight she chooses flight. Other: Although she prefers fleeing, Sally always has a knife away on her hip.
Name: Mary Jackson Gender: Female Age: 27 Appearance: Mary is built on the stocky side, and stands at 5'4. She has blonde hair cut short. Her eyes are cold blue. She always wears combat boots and a jacket. Specialization: Fighters and Shifters Weapons: Bo staff and two glocks. Biography: Mary was an orphan that grew up from a young age in the service of Hunters. She was too young to remember why her parents died. At the orphanage the nuns noticed she liked to fight and turned her over to the Hunters. She began as a messenger, being too young and silly to train. Eventually she was deemed mature enough to train she began her education as a hunter, and her general education. She finished in the top middle of her class, good with weapons, smart but unmotivated to try. She didn't really have much of a reason why she picked her specialties other than that they were more of a challenge. Personality: Mary takes her job pretty seriously, rarely cracking a smile while on the trail of an Immortal. She follows orders and usually doesn't question what she's asked to do, and has no problem killing her target. She can hold a grudge. Other: Nothing at this point
(( I love them but one thing. How do her parents know about the Hunters? It wouldn't be something humans know unless they were married or were an Immortal. That's the only real problem I have.))

Thanks, I'll put something in about it. I wasn't sure how widely known they were. I should've asked first, or I missed it in the intro :) I put a bit in her bio about it, I hope it's okay.
(( It's perfect, dear. You're accepted!
ALSO NEWS!!!!
I'm appointing as my co-GM! She will be my partner-in-crime on this crazy role play adventure and will take over should I be incapable and vice-versa. Congratulations, Rii!))
Victoria shook her head. "I was like you once, dear. I ran and ran until I could run no more, I hid when everything got violent..." She paused and gave her a rare mischievous look. "I made up new names. It does not bode well after a while." She removed her gloves to reveal her scarred hands. "They catch up and they always do, Ash. I understand your distrust because I see myself in you but I can assure you that I would never harm you or force you to do anything you didn't want to do unless it was absolutely necessary."
She averted her gaze to Lydhelle and approached her. "The same goes for you. Though you have not told me your name. Perhaps I could show you that I am trustworthy." She turned the corner and placed both hands around her mouth to yell. "No enemies. Come introduce yourselves."
"Hiya. I'm Lydhelle. My super secret power is to summon dead people. Martha here is my sister," Lydhelle said brightly. "But don't mind her, she's a bit of a grump."
Lydhelle continued, "I like cake, Martha, my army, my fan club, and knitting. And my moms. I dislike my father, mobs, and school. My favourite colour is purple, and my dreams for the future are forgiveness from Martha, the extermination of the mobs, and maybe to rule a country."
"I liked makeup. I liked my sister. I liked my friends, until they were murdered by her" - Martha glared at Lydhelle, then, after a moment of contemplation, at everyone in sight - " I hate my sister. I hate following her around. I hate her."
Martha hissed and harrumphed. "Go away."
Lydhelle sighed. She unwrapped her scarf from her throat and tied it around Martha's mouth to gag her.
((Sorry for doing this so soon after joining, but I might be a little infrequent with my posts. A family emergency has come up and I probably won't be on the internet all that much. I'll try to get some posts in, but I just wanted to warn you guys rather than suddenly disappearing.))
The look was a bit unsettling. Had it been obvious the name Ash was fake? Ariel didn’t think there had been any hesitation in coming up with it. Oh well. This stranger, Victoria, seemed to go with it regardless. Ariel couldn’t help but feel like they were being lectured. That was a rare occurrence and it was hard to decide how to feel about that. Bemused maybe. Bemusement turned to alarm as the random warehouse visit rapidly transformed into a congregation of presumed immortals. So many! Ariel had never seen this many in one place. It was hard being torn between wanting to learn about them all and taking off out the nearest exit. Ariel had to suppress a laugh as one expressed offense at the loss of the cake. There was something ridiculous about someone clutching a mini fridge in this entirely absurd scenario. “In my defense, I didn’t touch the fridge.†Lydhelle was hard to get a read on and Ariel wasn’t even going to attempt with a corpse. Victoria seemed to be their ringleader of a sort. “Alright,†Ariel said addressing the Elder, “Let’s say I do join your questionably merry band. Ah, merry band(?), I’m Ash by the way. What exactly am I to expect? I got this whole wandering thing down, so I’m hoping there’s a bit more to it than that and practice.†It was hard to tell what any of them were. Given Ariel’s mom’s eye color, there was no way to know that heterochromia was a giveaway of conjurers. Ariel had just come to presume it was a random trait they had.

((Hi lovelies. I'm going through a lot right now. I'm having a major depressive episode and a bout of bad health due to my condition and I'm going to take a little break. I wish you all well. Sorry to disappear.))
(( I'm sorry for the scare. I'm feeling better as of right now.))
Victoria rose an eyebrow at Lydhelle before she looked at Garret. "Do not worry. I can find us food if need be. I am pretty proficient at fishing and hunting. I know which plants are poisonous and which are not. Besides, sweets will not--what is the saying? Right.--'keep your tank running' for long. I have not taught you that lesson yet." She diverted her attention to Ash and pondered her response.
"I suppose you would find yourself protected in a family of your kind. If you were looking for some sort of personal gain, my goal is to eventually give you the freedom to live your life without the constant threat of death over your head. A chance to re-enter society. I knew what that was like before. A life where you did not have to worry if your neighbor wanted to kill you or if everyone you ever loved would be taken from you. It is a terrible life now but I hope with the more help I manage to gather that we will be able to make this hell a paradise." She explained, the light fading from her suddenly. "It is all I hope to accomplish. I have no ulterior motives."
