Yeah, for some reason Elwood Day Free Gifts never get re-released aside from some users being lucky at the Free Shop. Maybe the next Elwood Day could bring back some older items somehow, whether it's as Free Gifts again, or in the Crystal Shop?

did ever get re-released after 2015? might be about time if it hasn't haha i'd also love to see again since all i can find about it is that it's an achievement prize, but i can't figure out what achievement it comes from so it might be retired for all i know ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

That was an achievement prize for turning in a certain number of books to the book drive, pretty sure!

Are any of the old Fireside or Luminaire items going to be re-released somehow? It's now past those holidays and yet nothing was done. Just like the Black Possessed Teddy Plushie and the Blackened Pumpkin Morostide items. They were never re-released, despite being promised, and now it's too late. I'm sorry that I'm impatient, but it's upsetting that we might have to wait yet another year.

And I sure hope that the solution isn't to drop 10 copies in the Free Shop. The Fireside foods could have been random at the bonfire or extra quest rewards during Fireside. Same with the Luminaire items. Even releasing some into the Crystal Shop during the holidays would have been great. Just . . . if I could do this for free for Subeta I could. It's so frustrating to stare at these items on my wishlist year after year after year.

I finally purchased my own Blackened Pumpkin after years of asking for a rerelease.

I feel like the staff need to look back over which old holiday items are tagged to go out through quests and change things a bit so that ones that are really expensive will go out while ones that are really cheap won't. For example, I don't think the Witch Chokers are included when retired Holiday Shop items for Morostide are given out through quests, even though they've inflated a lot and I think they should be.

I suggested in last year's Luminaire suggestion thread that now that old TOT items are going out through the Carnival, there's not much point in Cinthia giving them out now, so maybe she could give out old Luminaire items instead.

I don't know what the staff's plans are to re-release non-Holiday Shop Fireside items though, or old Pumpkin Patch items that have inflated a lot (some of which are needed for achievements). And I admit that it's not really nice to have to rely on the Free Shop for Melody Items because it's completely luck-based, I think the staff might have had the Free Shop only give out Melody Items before so there's a better chance, but there will be users who would complain about wanting other items as well, so it's a hard choice for them to make. Maybe during Luminaire there could be an extra activity where you do something for Melody and she gives you one of her older items?

I guess if they don't want certain items to lose their value, they could be released through the Crystal Shop or the Token Shop instead, I think the last TS restock we had included some really expensive retired Luminaire items.

Please don't clutter the TS with non-TS items. There are already a lot of inflated TS items that should be rerestocked soon, let's not add clutter to it.

We're not going to put old holiday things in the Token Shop, that's not what that shop is really for.

As far as old pumpkin patch, Jason and I have worked on getting some of that as loot on challengers. We've got some plans for various old holiday things this year that aren't just going out via quests. :)
