They're needed for an achievement, is it possible that the Rift could give them out if it doesn't do that already? Or if you want them to still be rare, maybe they could be in the Crystal Shop? (Altough now that I think about it having them in a shop where people can easily buy them would be less rare than an RNG-based game).

I saw a Bragging and Complaining post where someone got one of those from the Rift.
