I have a few meals that are vegetarian. There's a lot of different ways of cooking veg and they are all very tasty. It is a lovely way of cooking. Asian dishes and Japanese especially do focus on more vegetarian dishes as they had so little farm land. Mostly they use fish and rice. Eggs are very popular too if those are including in your diet. Another way of cooking vegetables that I like to do is to put chopped veg on a metal skewer and grill them. Then you eat with some dipping sauce. So tasty!

TS and MS are both very misunderstood. People are so used to stereotypes that they don't realize how much the internet makes it sound bad.

My brother's TS does not involve him shouting random profanities like stereotypical tourette's syndrome on Family Guy ... He has facial ticks and because he's so young, a horrible temper that has to do with not understanding why his body moves involuntarily.

My MS does not make me unable to work or be active - I'm actually a runner! I run 3-8 miles 5 or 6 days a week and I'm proud of it. What my MS does do is mess with my vision from time to time, I have occasional days where all my body wants do is sleep no matter how much I wish I could get up, and my hands go numb now and then, but all of its manageable.

(sorry for the ramble... I love talking about it to people ... I'm weird)

No I'm glad you told me about it. I didn't realise you meant Tourette's Syndrome with TS. I typed in TS into google because I didn't wanna seem like I was stupid haha and it came up with something similar to MS.

One of my brother-in-laws has Tourette's and he's 20 soon. He has the temper issue really bad. He won't take his medication because he says it doesn't help.

I'm glad you are able to do what you like. It sucks when there are days when your body doesn't let you but I'm grateful that the majority of the time you can do what you wish.

Oh we love grilling! I make my own homemade "meat sub". It's called seitan--a vegetable based protient/gluten from wheat flour, plus seasonings. I steam that and keep it in the freezer. I use it for a variety of different things, but When we want to grill I take it out, cut it up and let it soak in a marinade for a while. Chop veg and toss it all in a grilling sauce and put it on the grill until tender. I cook a nice seasoned rice and I could eat it ever few days happily! I mostly do it in the summer though when I can pick almost everything fresh from my garden. The homegrown cherry tomatoes with that slightly smokey wood-grill flavor was AMAZING. I might actually be drooling a little bit. LOL! :)

That does sound nice. I loved grilled peppers, I bet they'd taste divine if you cooked them in the same way. For me, the taste of summer was always my mother's vegetable patch. We'd plant potatoes, runner beans, tomatoes, peas and sometimes corn. Mum would tell me and my brother to go gather some veg for tea. We'd bring back potatoes, tomatoes and corn. The runner beans and peas were just too tasty to make it to the kitchen. We'd eat them as soon as we'd picked them. Mum and dad didn't mind though. They'd nip out and get their share while dinner was cooking. ^_^

Sounds nice but I think that can be painful due to the spine. Do you wear many backless tops? For the display of it. Or do you want it as a sign for yourself?

I love the backless top life lol most of my summer shirts have a hole right in the center of the back which is where I would want it positioned.

If you think of the size the baby needs to grow too I'm amazed they sleep at all. But I'm sure she'll start sleeping through the night sooner than it seems. Swapping favorite recipes does that I find. I've avoiding dessert suggestions right now as I know that makes me want to go bake. I'm okay. Feeling tired and a little worried. Our tutor for my course has taken a fair amount on and has been forgetting to e-mail us the homework we should be doing. It's getting a little annoying as we're being asked for stuff we haven't done and didn't know we should be doing. I'm sure it will be okay though. How are you?

Yup, I've heard that too. I think it's typically true. I was an "odd one" because I just never went into labor. Even weeks past due. Ack. :P Induction was long and mean, and then after all that I ended up with an emergency section cuz we both started to do badly all of a sudden. In the end, a bit traumatic, but not typical and we're both fine and that's what matters!

Good for baby for nursing lots. <3

My mum hates mine. She keeps telling me it's going to look bad when I'm old and wrinkly but the way I see it is I'll have more years with it looking good than not looking good (if that makes sense).

I like it and I love the fireflies they're pretty!

Oh geeze! Yeah, the labor part was terrible from just watching her go through it. They didn't give her anything for it until 8 hours in and even then they were strong contractions but nothing was actually happening o.o;; It's fascinating how the human body works.

Ah ok! I thought you had gotten it already. Best of luck :) My dad wasn't mad or anything. He is a retired sailor/motorcycle guy so I've always grown up around tattoos and other things. His only concern that he had was that 1) I'd pick something I wouldn't regret years down the line and 2) He won't pay for any of my tattoos (not that I'd ever ask). I was more afraid of how my Grandma would take it but everything is fine now.

She doesn't like them because she just hasn't grown up around them. Both of my parents come from "traditional" families I guess you could say. I'm sort of the outcast of my family (in a good way) Like, I'm the only one who drinks - me and my one cousin. No one else in my entire family has a tattoo except for my aunt who got a small one when she first turned 16. I'm the only one who left our small hometown to move to a big city and the only one who ever went to college. I'm just different. And on top of that, being an art student, lol we are all weird in our own little way. To me, they are a form of art and expression, to my family, they are trashy.

And I like the point made about more years looking good than bad! haha the way I see it, when i'm old, the only person seeing my back will be my (hopefully) husband and he won't care cause he will remember how awesome and sexy it looked when I was young
