I haven't spoken with her lately so I am unsure if she has changed her mind or not.

Last I spoke with her, which wasn't that long ago, she was coming on board in the "reluctant/reclusive" guise offered for folks with time constraints. We have a few teams where this is true. Eurus was contacting her about that, but I haven't heard otherwise.

OK I know has a lot on her plate, and I'm sure I can speak for the group in that we don't mind if she is MIA from time to time, we are a very understanding bunch :D I am glad she decided to join us after all, I LOVE the character she created last year, and would surely miss the witty banter between our two characters LOL

Thanks for the clarification on character class. One thing I've been wondering is the limit of character numbers. When I play as Quercus I technically have 3 characters as Quercus travels with her companions Star and Tipper. I know others have played as more than one individual adventurer before but I think they needed special permission to do so. Is there a guideline for a limit on how many characters each person can play?

There really isn't a set rule, but, naturally, I'd prefer you only play one unless, as happened last year, the character is created and comes as part of a "set" and can't really be separated and played. However, the dual can, under any condition, only count as ONE character for all contest purposes.

I know some of the people playing, some not, so here comes a little introduction :-) I am ulalena and I made my account back in 2013 yet I started to play not before last August. Totally smitten by the HA features around, my most loved pastime here is to design HA´s. I am in Germany, so I am +6 hours Subeta time. So 6 p.m. here means midnight and bed time for me. In real life, I am a naturopathic practitioner, working mostly with acupuncture, homeopathy and autohemotherapy. So I am online often during the day when my patients relax for half an hour during an acupuncture session and can come sneaking in here quickly! :-) In the evenings, I often teach anatomy, physiology and pathology and afterwards, being a night owl on planet Subeta. I didn´t roleplay before yet would always try it. I am not a native speaker and so it could happen I have to ask twice when it comes to understanding new things. And I love squirrels! <3 So nice to meet you all! ^-^

Is it too late to join? I've always wanted to take part in the Wayward Squirrel stuff. c: Also If possible I'd like to try and find a group of Adventurers. Just found out it hasn't started yet, I've been a bit out of the loop lately.

How many floaters are around right now? I'm up for making a new team if they are. I just want to have enough time to learn everyone's skills and characters and stuff before we begin, get a little camaraderie on before we take the plunge into adventure.

Ulalena doesn't like battling but her IRL background would make her an ideal Alchemist, and it seems to be that Cyroris is a mage. Felisa did mention making up a team earlier, so she might be an excellent co-captain. Hope you can work with all of this.

Thank you so much for looking out for a team for me! ^-^ You´re right, I really would love to be an alchemist or a healer like in real life. I really don´t like battling at all yet designing HAs is wonderful and doing some mind tasks also. I don´t know if it could interfere that I am on holidays for 22 days in June/July. I have internet there so that´s not a problem yet I´ll be more outside then and not that much hours online like nowadays. I think I can be online for some hours in my mornings and evenings, though, that would be in the wee Subeta hours and then again around 3 p.m. and later (yet usually; I´ll sneak around in between, too, LOL). Is it required to be online on a special time? Corvus messaged me and I answered already, I am pondering at the moment joining a completely new team against joining an experienced team (if possible at all). Give me a day to think about it, tomorrow is my hubbies surgery and afterwards, my mind will be more at ease. I hope that´s okay with you and Corvus!

Sage will be part of our group in a minor roll, she really wanted to participate so GreenRowan gave her the opportunity to be in the back seat and come along for the ride, participating when she can. I hope you are still willing to come along in this manner? We would love to have you!

: I also wouldn't recommend playing two characters. I was the one who had the 'set' of Donner and Kitcher ( and Doom, Donner's stinky companion )last year. In order for me to participate appropriately, I had to play each of my characters as if they were a full character, but they only counted as one. When it came to the HA contests, both had to participate in order for me to avoid being disqualified. When it came time for rewards, I only got one set of prizes. Don't get me wrong, I loved those characters and I had a lot of fun with them, it just was incredibly time consuming. I was spending hours writing their dialogue and stories.

(In case anybody cares, Donner is out of jail, he was able to infiltrate a band of insurgents and get them to surrender. Kitcher is home with her babies and is happy as a clam at high tide. )

This year, I am playing "myself." I promised Doom that she could be my companion, but she made a promise to me to take a bath every night and to stay away from garbage. We will have plenty of food available for a hungry honey badger satisfied so that she doesn't feel the need to 'forage.'
