That bastard didnt even try to save me. :K I grant him this tho, he is a very talented actor. I had a crush on him when Romeo and Juliet and Titanic came out. I grew out of it. xD
I need to figure out how to finish this page up tho. ^_^

lol I dont really like him or is acting but that's just me.
Thats fair enough. ^_^ I think we all have actors that makes us dont want to see the movie all together. :P

lol like Tom Hanks, I think he had like 4 movies that I thought he did a good job in, the rest--meh.
that looks awesome! :D And yeah, that's true - certainly here though we tend to get a lot of tourists, so being able to speak even basic German (or French, or even Japanese or Chinese) would be useful if you're in a touristy environment for work ;) (read the edit)
:o as if I would! :P 😇 hehe well, it gets boring if you just sit and wait for the download to sort itself out, without chatting or something at the same time :P
(keep reading)
[edit] I found a bargain knitting pattern book yesterday, which had a kit to knit a small pigeon (it's got a load of London themed knits in it). Only trouble is, it uses the dreaded double-pointed needles shudders I thought I'd give it a go today, and to my surprise.... I've finished it! :D And there's hardly a ladder in sight :D grins I haven't got a pic of him yet, but this is what the book shows him looking like :D I didn't glue the feet on (I stitched over them), but other than that, he looks pretty similar :D

haha oh my goodness, he's adorable :D I'm glad the dpns worked out for you
he's about 9cm tall (3 and a half inches), and the needles are really short, which seemed to help :D I think I'll raid my wool stash and see if I can make the Tube Mouse (link - that one's actually a free download) next laughs If I can get my yarn sorted out a bit, I might even attempt the Tube Scarf (link) ;)

If only I could cut down the metal ones I have laughs The scarf's knitted as a tube on a circular needle, so that wouldn't be too terrible to put back in the bag (I'm usually worried the stitches will fall off the end, especially with dpns!) - maybe if I aimed for one stripe a week - 24 weeks would take me up until the beginning of November, which would be just right to wear a scarf laughs

you can buy them shorter :P oh they sell needle covers, that you can put on to stop that. They kinda look like traffic cones. this thingy
The only ones I've seen are a standard length o.O but maybe that's just me getting annoyed with the ones I had, that meant I didn't look properly in the shop :P
I had a couple of point protectors (think that's what they were called), but they didn't fit the needles properly & fell off o.O I'll double check what size these dpns are (seeing as they're unmarked) and see if I can get some covers for them though :D

hehe I think I'll need it! ;)
Mum's yelling that tea's ready, so I'd better be disappearing - I'll be back in the morning :D hands you some patience for knitting those ears ;)

I'll start and finish them tonight :) have a lovely night.
how did the ear-knitting go in the end?
sits and admires your HA's sense of style she's looking awesome! :D

it didn't -_- migraine all damn day. Can't sleep, eye's burning-still have migraine--clearly my body hates me.
Awwww :( squishes gently :(
Hopefully it'll get the idea soon, and leave you in peace!
