one local housing development (they're just finishing building it now) has to add "badger gates" to the fences to make sure the badgers can get around still ;)

no idea, but it'll be compulsory for that new development, so I guess they have some confidence in it working ;)

you should be able to, as long as the sky is very dark.... which will be a bit more challenging because of the moon this year :P They should be towards the east - as long as there's no streetlights making things too bright, you should be able to get a chance of spotting them :)
