Having a good weekend so far btw? I have been trying to get the gamecube concole I bought used to work. The game boots up and the pic is fine, but no sound. I have tried everything the internet suggests and that I can think of. :scratches head:

nods yeah, it's going quite well so far - I decided to try out my calligraphy pen on some scrapbooking paper I bought ages ago, so I've done a bit of playing around for stuff to go in the scrapbook that Raven made for me a couple of years ago :D

o.O that's weird with it not having any sound! The only stuff I could find was on this site (link) but maybe try a different lead, if you have one? (certainly when I tried playing my guitar, the sound coming from the amplifier was messed up, and that was because the lead was damaged)

That sounds lovely! I have been knitting while watching Criminial minds today and an episode of masterchef australia. ^_^ Planned on scrapbooking, but got stuck with trying to get the gamecube to work instead. lol

I did buy a brand new cord, and all the things suggested in that link. So I am stumped and thinking it might be the concole that is damaged. Gonna test it on my mums telly tomorrow just in case. ;)

Today I had a 9.30 class where we had acrylic (plastic) sheets and turned it into a keepsake box with vintage look, loved loved that class. Then I had a mixed media class where we played with watercolours in scrapbooking, some textured paste, and several things. :D We got a free stamp, water colours, brush and a bunch of other things that was about $80 worth of supplies.
Spent all my funds lol got some textured papers, rhinestone bling, some acrylic albums (after doing the box, I wanted some), ink, stencils...probly forgetting things but totally had a wonderful time--just exhausted. lol.

hopefully it'll work on your Mum's tv, or maybe she'll have an idea how to fix it! :) fingers crossed (read the edit)

[edit] You know that "speedy knit" jacket I made for my cousin's baby? Apparently he's grown out of it already laughs so I've been asked if I could make one in a 9-12 months size.... only trouble is, I haven't a clue how to change the sizing of that, as it was a one-size pattern o.O Any ideas?

that's weird! I did email my cousin and show him a pic of a different jacket thing, that is similar, but not quite the same style - that's available in other sizes, so hopefully he'll prefer that! ;)

it wasn't too bad, mostly small stuff. The biggest item really was my keepsake box which was thankfully light and i plopped it in one of the totes. Don't get wet o.0 actually don't sweat either, you'll get your gingerbread self all soggy o.0 lol very cute you little gym rat :D She says thank you :D and she won't comment on the skull, but I think that victim was a lot longer ago :P

hehe I had to use a different skin that'd let those muscles show up - they just look like dark smudges on the wolf fur o.O laughs that one does look like he's picked up a layer of dust since he landed there :P
