hehe me-sized lol I'm tickled by that for some inexplicable reason.

laughs apparently that'd be 3 yards of fabric.... which of course then I'll need to buy, as I only have a metre of t-shirt fabric, and probably half a metre at the most of the fleece. Good excuse to go fabric shopping though 😇

I have managed to cut out and tack (baste) the plushie-sized jumper (that particular plushie has a bald patch, so the jumper will cover that nicely) - that just needed a bit of adjusting on the neckline, but I reckon that should be ready to sew next week :D

Meep. o_o No wonder I didnt see you around! I went to my nieces 8th bday party, and spent some time knitting tiny infant socks. xD Like I told Paddy I was so upset that my stockinette knitting turned out looking really sloppy and ueven, no matter what I tried. So Naturally I did the most logical thing... went to knit those socks. Seems to turn out a bit better for me.. knitting in the round- or with 5 needles. So I suspect its due to my purling? Its so frustrating, you have no idea. Kinda limits what I can make. :( Plus, it seems easy for everyone else. :rant over:

yeah was a really busy day. aww gotta love kids parties. It could be. I still think if you went to a knitting store and showed them, they could help and maybe you'd get rid of the frustrations.

hehe I got lucky with the fabric - they'd cut it poorly so there were some snips in the middle of the fabric, so it was in their bargain box ;) I might take in a small bit of that though, and see if they have anything similar at the right price for my fleece ;)

For the most part, he decides he wants to snuggle too.. so he will curl up with Salem to groom him (:read lick his face until Salem gets annoyoed and chase him off).. or he will plop down on my lap too- (read: often on top of Salem).
