- I got rid of the ones I had, selling them is fine, but fragging them, that way I KNEW they were deleted and GONE and I knew for sure there were less and less and it made me feel easier. Creepy things, ugh. Fragging gave me control over the thing I feared, in a way I can't handle in real life, if that makes sense.

I don't have any issue with this. And I'll get less of them when vending (unless whatever use we get will still include them in there)!

It really hasn't been updated in ages and the idea of a new feature for them will get them out of the system and actually used. I actually like the change.

I found a message from 2013 where someone was mentioning I should suggest that the shop be seasonal. At the time there were only 66 stocking masks at the time. (Not sure if that has changed at all, Subetalodge claims 352 restock there, but a lot of those aren't actually restocking.) I did the price checking at the time and only 20 items were close to worth restocking for a profit. I know I had a board that had the prices but with the forum move, it disapeered.

A lot of the Super Rares are still fairly valuble, but honestly it makes no sense to stay open year round. Hell the name of the shop is Migrating Masks and the NPC says

hey just because Tiffanie closed shop doesn't mean you can kick her out of her place, she might live in the upper levels of the building.

Yes, but the storefront is vacant. (I wouldn't dream of kicking her out on the street.) Seems lonely. I was just thinking since Louis is so hard to find (much easier now since the page was redone, thank you) that he might benefit from a more visible location. Of course, he isn't the only one -- just an idea. Besides, Tif could get bored and lonely. Bumping around an empty place… No one to talk to… Nothing to do…

I don't mind the balloon shop being closed -- it does make sense for it to be. But I do very much wish there'd been some kind of warning in an actual news post.

I'm glad it closed. It seemed pointless to have a shop dedicated only to balloons if the majority of them were dirt cheap and likely were restocked by a handful of people.

Oh and I also agree about Migrating Masks. It should have been retired a whileeeeee ago. xD

I'm probably one of about five people who restocked balloons, so I'm a little sad to see it go (super rares are still super rares). But it was always a weird shop. Balloons are such a weird wearable; I almost never see anyone actually using them.

(Please don't take away the mask shop. At the very least, rotate the stock. There are loads of masks from previous years which aren't included in the current shop stock.)

To be honest if there wasn't a news post I probably would never have noticed that the shop is gone. I understand why people are upset but as a person who doesn't frag or tries to collect all Wardrobe items balloons never really caught my interest.

I never used the shop, regularly at least. I'm bad with remembering that restocking exists, and I should do it. So I don't really care that it's gone, only have a small regret I didn't check for rare balloons.

I'm curious to see what the staff is planning for them.
