Actually Eric convinced me to file a ticket because I was reinfected before I had a chance to do anything. They had told me there was nothing they could do but I must have been one of several because within a few minutes the solution was posted.

I paid the 1m and scrambled to get the strain I wanted before it happened again and the person who answered my ticket sent me another response saying they were ready to return the 1m to me. I didn't even have to ask for it.

I havent started on quests because I want this out of the way first, lol, its crazy! I need to find someone I don't know.. just one more person. twitches
