I don't know. I always hate thinking about those team meetings. The last two were specially painfull, since our new Superviser Social worker is an absolute idiot. I can not take him serious - even if he's 25 years my senior.

He turns the words you say. During the last mmonth he presented several of my ideas as his own. He even comes looking at what I do, so he can sort of "steal" my ideas. No fun

I decided to be brave and share the team.

It was actually the worst ever He had not prepared anything so when no one of us wanted to share things he sort of talked about the things we've been discussing for the last 4 months - again.

He then was like"oh you do not look happy" So I told him I could have put my time to a better use and do not see any reason I should attend this meetings any longer.

His jaw dropped.

But who cares... only another 3 years until he retires.

We have to do a "what we want to do next year" talk with him and I refused that one point black. I said I'd rather talk to the big boss alone.

I really love my job and I am so happy I have someone to stand in between him and me.
