Last time scrolls were a 'do this' item for the general populace, the price of Empty Vials skyrocketed. There's no reason it should, they're very common. So after that event was over I stocked like 200 of them until I got bored, really. So far, the price of Empty Vials has stayed at or below my price of 100K per, and even just now I was able to stock some.

Whether or not the remaining Vials I have are enough once the making-scrolls thing becomes in earnest, well that's a different thing.

Not easy to get item from BHH, but multiple visits daily is the only way to do it.

I might check 4-5 times, but that's it. I forget!
