I do that here...it is a lot nicer in winter than what i get here.It could go to 50 below and has the yr before.Last yr was nice to us.I always hated doing exercises in cold weather i did a lot as i was in the Artillery to start with...m109's,m113,m114 and these are always cold,heaters rarely worked to any good standard.

Montana girl here, I know the deal. Trick or treated in the snow one year up to my knees as a kid. My job in the military was out in cold warehouses, big bay doors for forklifts always open with cement floors, and a crappy space heater. It sucked, when we had to move away from heater.

Anyone know if bug catching is done?

I caught a Monarch Caterpillar today.

I clicked on icon to di the bug event, and never got event that I got a bug. The icon for it, is missing off the front page.

I asked about that, and was told that it was only meant to be there on the News for a limited time. Chamalma is still standing right beside Lindsey's Beach Shack in Delphi Beach.

Sometimes you already have the critter but forgot, and sometimes the critter takes days to find. If you're still looking for the last bug you got assigned, I'd just buy one to show Chamalma and start anew tomorrow.

I spent a lot of time in the field living in tents with snow up to the waist....dragging sleds and snowshoeing.....never want to go back to that..LOL i can remember that belle clava stuck to my face and the mustache had icicles made me look like i was a sabre tooth tiger.....i had waxed mustache and in the field it just hung and was long. Nice BG...

Did you mistakenly say, you worked in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska? You just described my Dad with pictures of icicles hanging off his bread. I did winter training once in Germany, in the snow for a week. So I got a taste of it, too.

LOL no but i still like to visit Alaska once...The Bering strait has always interested me.And fishing there would be a dream come true for me....love to just once... :) I have been through some horrible cold winters...

Oh i went fishing in Alaska, and dug clams. Fresh King salmon from the hook to the frying pan, making myself hungry.

If you are bug hunt as in Delphi Bugs or bug hunt as in the raffle? If the one in the raffle it is the game The Bug Game.

Sounds like my day, I couldnt sleep until 6:30 am yesterday couldnt sleep and got up at 10 am. Ran errands all dy. I did take a 45 minutes nap, I couldnt think straight.
