Was it perhaps a Jem Doll?

It wasn't, but I was looking to see if they had any 'mini' Jem dolls, and any they did have didn't appear to have any outfits it came with, like a little wardrobe 'kit' or playset. I remember having a Jem doll, but it was a big one... that I didn't like very much either. haha.
