And anyway, it still has to load the first time, and that's where the speed really matters. It doesn't matter how fast it is when you refresh, because 98% of the time that serves no purpose. (You read the thread, comment, and move on... why would you refresh?)

Whatever you did isn't working. The forums are still agonizingly slow. However, the rest of the site is moving along at a normal pace.

I don't think it's just the forums anymore.

The quest pages and main page are both agonizingly slow for me as well.

These threads are taking forever to load when I click on them.Its been doing that for a couple of days.

When I try and get into any forum topic... specially ones with large post counts I notice it takes almost a full minute or a little more for the first page to load then about 30-40+ seconds to get to the next page/last page. Yet the site moves much quicker when not using the forums.

The lag around the site is horrible, especially while playing games ^.^ ~

- The lag is still awful, and it's been several weeks. Is this still being looked into?

Was just coming here to ask if anything is still being done to fix this. It's a pain when a thread takes up to a minute to load - especially with the bug where it's not going to the last read post. It's making being on the forums annoying as all hell.

I'm literally avoiding the forums because of this, and I'm willing to bet I'm not the only one.

And Survival is about to start? Oh god.

Yeah, the forums are freakin awful right now! Oh jeeze I'll be completely avoiding the forums when survival starts if it's going to be like this.
