I haven't even used a lot of dark potions on my last few wins. putting more on is so time consuming.

edit2: was a fix pushed for the layout when battling? before after I made a turn there would be blackness covering up the names of my scrolls, now it looks fine. if this was a fix pushed and it wasn't just magically fixed, thanks :D actually, this comes and goes away when I refresh on the page. annoying. though it was working fine for castle? doesn't work so well with meatslab

Man reading about all of you guys fighting all of these challengers makes me super sad I didn't invest in like cash shop challengers before. I started collecting the rings so I have those yo look forward to.

So I heard a gelatin war ain't likely this year. I'm bummed 'bout that. =(

I assume it's because of the issue with universal boss fights and players sitting for 24 hours straight wailing on it?

Why not just get rid of the universal fight aspect and just make getting a Core like a 10th win drop loot instead?

I think I read it's because the gelatin war isn't 'fresh' which is sad because I want to beat up on little guys and try out my stronger pet and weapons on the big guy.

I thought gelatin lasted forever. o.o

Yeah, last year, the wizard gave me trouble, but this year, Elfric is plenty able to handle him.

It's just like with the retirement of the classic Morostide opponents. Could finally beat Nightlady, only to be told she ain't comin' back. FTL why did i not get into battling sooner?

I don't think they are retired forever, the BAs just didn't want us to be overwhelmed with battling because of all the plot challengers. I'm sure the normal guys will be back this year.

If the plot is going to continue this year, maybe they'll have pity on us and release the classic challengers early so we can get some battles in before the plot begins. wishful thinking

I have no idea... Would be weird if the same challengers showed up... But hm I guess we have no choice but to wait sadly. I still hold out hope that they will tie in Shrieks to an achievement.
