I turned in 21 amulets last night and got 6 or 7 tomes back. I think that's my luck quota filled for the rest of the year.

35k is more than what I was expecting so I'm not complaining. Of course, I'm one of those people who was content with where the cap was at. As far how long, that depends on how much I procrastinate. Once I turn in all my mage amulets, I'll have enough boosters to recap Aros (assuming, I get at least 1 tome for every 10 amulets). But I want to get 10 wins on all most opponents again first and and use EXP first.

i fought a few of the interesting challengers first, then went back to the basics and started up from the beginning of the list. i'm up through the hards right now, and kolja's sitting pretty on about 171k exp from today alone. still reluctant to spend it until we learn more about this speed factor, though

on the one hand that makes sense, but on the other hand, that makes tier 12 a ridiculously beefy tier compared to 11

I am at almost 18.7K stats and still at tier 12...I too think it is once you reach 22K stats, you get to tier 13.

my guess is that the tiering 12 vs 13 makes it easier to give out prizes or achievement or whatever when a player hits the old cap.
