I've gotten his RE a few times since I finished Vaako's 10 wins but it's the first time I've had Sishean (mostly) ready to battle him. I think I'll leave him set up for Ice King for now and hope that I get the RE again soon. Vaako needs to get in his 5 win minimum against Surge anyway and my littles still have several wins to get as well. The end of Pandemic and the onset of bad weather has impeded my progress.

finally my Butterclaw reach tier 5 :) wow, feel so much different than tier 4. weapons are so much better. throughout tier 4, my highest damage attackers are both tier 3 weapon. now i can upgrade. yay....
