That's a good idea. Didn't even think of that. I guess I wasn't paying attention about a heal cap.

it doesn't matter unless you use the 12% heal on the skull staff, because that gets capped at like 999 health if you are at 10k hp but still has the full 12% heal at 9999 hp

Well Quentin was in the Lumi spirit, I got 5 amulets; I just wish the Mage was, all he gave me were shards. I guess I'll go find some coal to put in his stocking.
