Gooood Morning, Treechat! How is everyone? I started a course on edX called "The Science of Happiness." Day 1 out of 8 weeks, I'm kind of excited. It runs like a real college course and everything done online. I'm hoping by picking up a course here and there, I can retrain myself for schoolwork. I want to go back to college, but I'm also still discovering for what.

I got cut today too :/ I never would have offered to be cut on Wednesday if I knew I was going to get cut today. That's $250 I've missed out on this week now. Unimpressed.

Quite a bit it seems. Namely, learning techniques and strategies thought to bring happiness and what makes a person happy. It offers weekly check ins, video lectures, happiness trials to try, etc. And it's all free! It feels a little hokey sometimes, but also very legit in other ways. Week 1 is covering the foundations, and specifically I'm learning of different great thinkers philosophy on happiness and attaining it.

I think after this I may take something that seems a bit more "legit."

They really need to revise their scheduling practices :/

BTW - I got my jamberries last night - your note made me smile btw! It is amazing who we can meet online! I'm thinking I'll put them on this weekend. The ones I got are very neutral (mostly) so I'm going to try a whole manicure for the first time. Until now I've only ever used them as accent nails!

That sounds like an enlightening course :) Going back to school is tough, but sometimes so worth it. I went back for a 1-year course a year after graduating with my BA.

Yeah the hard part for me is I have no idea what to do with my life, and yet I feel that I'm losing time to figure it out. I'm 25, so it's like, "Alright, C'mon Chiibi, We need a career. You can't even rent an apartment on your own right now."
