I don't think I need anymore. I just want more, haha. And I know what you mean, my CW wishlist just keeps growing somehow, even when I buy things :/ During BF I'll clear off a few things that are in the shops or pawn, hopefully. There seem to be a lot that are basically unbuyable because no one wants to sell them, for any price.

EDIT: Ooh that seems like a pretty awesome gig. Teaching would be a lot of fun. Plus to get to still do the spa stuff you like hopefully. And set hours!

I keep telling myself that if I keep buying them it'll help the wardrobe achievements but it's very counter-productive because I could so easily spend 100,000CSC on CW's if I had that much!

Yup, CWs aren't actually great for wardrobe achievements, because you could buy tons of sP items for the same price (aka 25m minimum usually)... BUT they're so pretty so who cares? ;) As long as we use them and like them, we don't have to justify why. That's my philosophy, hehe.

YAy for the night off :3 Welcome back, how is the resume coming along? Also did you have a nice time with your friend earlier this week?

Red and black fabulousness o-o I love how your HA looks XD Ahem. I mean yes, that job cycle certainly sounds like a vicious one. I'm sorry nothing came from those interviews. I hope that the next applications you send out are more fruitful ^-^

Oh my, you are such a busy person! Hang in there for that last year of uni! You can do ittttttt <3

[EDIT] Oh no I missed your ping there for a while D: Christmas shopping? Man, I have NO idea what to give folks now that I think about it OnO I must make up a list!! How did the shopping go? I had a ok day yesterday, and today? I went shopping for yarn XDD This is always fun ^-^ I'm almost done with the shawl for my mother, and I'm starting a new project. ^-^

Thanks! Done the resume and sent it in! Now to wait and see if anything actually comes of it. If so I think it would just start as teaching one or two classes, nothing too heavy! Just wanna get my feet wet and see if I actually enjoy it.

Had a great time! Hadn't seen her in a while so it was nice to catch up xD

How are YOU?

That sounds like a great idea. One or two classes would be a great place to start and WOW it just seems like a great idea for you ^-^ I'll be wishing you luck :* I'm so glad you got a chance to catch up. Life can just get so busy it's great to reconnect :D I'm doing ok. Migraine is a bit better AND I went yarn shopping OUO I'm starting a new project as soon as I finish the shawl (one or two rows from being done) It'll be a colorful one, so I'm really excited.

I usually try to use CWs shortly after I buy them because I feel like I bought it so I should use it! Some of them are such centerpieces you pretty much have to make it the main item you work around. If there are CWs you can't use at all though - try selling them, it can be tough to let go, but if you get something you use more, it might be worth trying :)

I don't blame you. Weekends are the only reason I haven't quit my job and run screaming. Sometimes you just need two days in a row to yourself away from work! I don't miss retail at all.

Thank you, I bought this CW dress in a private CW auction - my first ever! I love it. Everyone around here probably knows by now I love my red and black looks!

It was a bad interview on my part, unfortunately. I gave a couple crappy answers, so I'm not surprised. They asked 'tell me about yourself' and I stumbled, because I wasn't prepared to just talk without being given a question, haha. Then they basically told me the salary would be lower or equivalent to mine, so there was no good way to handle that. It probably wasn't the right job for me, since I'd like to move up - otherwise why bother, right?

EDIT: P.S. I deleted the tab where this post was loading after I hit post. Annnd the post didn't post. BUT when I restored the tab... the text was STILL THERE in the textbox. I <3 you firefox. Proof Firefox is the best browser. Just thought I'd share ;)

a shawl! Are you knitting or crocheting? I'm going to look for a headband pattern tonight. I no longer like the one I made last year xP

I do indeed. But not even just two days in a row, two days in a row when other people are actually free xP

Well that dress was certainly a good investment o-o So pretty Ok maybe this sounds odd. While I'm sorry the interview didn't go well.... I really really like how honest and insightful you are about it. No, "They weren't fair." blah blah just what sounds like an accurate assessment. That insight alone should be helpful in your next interview. And you're right, if you're not moving up... what exactly is the point? .-.

Crochet, though I would love to learn how to knit at some point. XDD This one is actually shaped like a large triangle rather than a long rectangle so it'll keep her back warmer when she wears it ^-^ It is SO easy to run hot and cold on older projects. That swing between nostalgia and "Did I crochet this with my toes blindfolded or what!?" XDD What kind of headband did you make last year? Wait knitting or crochet?

It was crochet. I CAN'T knit xP I also have the awful habit of starting a project and pulling it out like 5 times.. or just never finishing it. Last year I was working on making myself a basket to hold all my crochet in, but I never finished it 'cause it looked weird. It's sitting half done in a closet. I'm tempted to pull it out and use the yarn for something else!

Yes! I'm slowly finding out how things work around here, forums and such. XD Ah, today was quite nice day! Much procrastinating though. And one of my best friends is going though some tough times. :( I'm trying to help her best I can! How was your day? ^-^ Aaaand it's 1 AM. I intend to wake up at 6, what am I doing with my life XD

Thankyouu! <3 Oh, I'm from Europe, GMT timezone. ^o^ Meaning I can rs at times when there's not many people. XDD

To me it feels like, when it comes to chocolate sauce, almost no amount of sugar can completely negate the bitterness. It's different with baked treats. I decided that next time I make a mug cake, I'll just melt half bar of milk chocolate in microwave and pour it over the mug cake, since compared to how easy and quick the mug cake is to make, making chocolate sauce from scratch is decidedly too much work. XD Also, I really really wanna buy one of those half-sized cake pans. For mini-medium sized cakes. :D

many many hugs oh, I love baking, it's just my college didn't leave me much time for it in past years. :C

And, oh, I said I'll say some quick things about me, for starters. I'm a pharmacy student, taking additional year to finish my masters thesis. And I'm a geek. And I love chocolate. Nice to meet you all! <3

aaah, why doesn't pinging work :(

EDIT: and suddenly it does, weird .-.

Hello and welcome! I'm Kristy, it's nice to meet you. For a newbie, you figured out the wardrobe fast! I love your avatar :)

Good point. Most adults have the weekend off. Though there are some people who live with really unusual schedules. One of my friends Dad works night shifts, so all his 'awake' hours are at night - I always wondered how you had a life with a work schedule like that.

Not odd at all :) I'm a realist when it comes to things going wrong... I like to think I can admit if I messed up. I'm just lucky it ended up being a job that I maybe didn't really fit with anyway. I'll find the right spot eventually, and hopefully I'll have a little more interview practice under my belt. I'm rusty, not having done this in years!

Some people just really don't like dark chocolate. It's cultural too - apparently people in parts of Europe (the U.K for sure) find North American milk chocolate really dark! N. American milk chocolate bars are like dark chocolate to Britons, who are used to more sugary chocolate.

Glad you figured out a plan of attack for next time. You can never start planning ahead too early when it comes to sweets and baked goods ;) I've got lots of 'Halloween' candy to keep my sweettooth happy - aka tons of mini candybars I bought when they were on sale after Halloween 0:)

Thanks and you can just call me Tulip! Trust me it was not a fun process. I actually just made this HA not even 30 mins ago. My one before still had the basic clothing. I spent a lot of time on the HA item identification forum looking at items I like. There's so many it's overwhelming.

There are definitely tons of great wearables out there! It can be tough to prioritize. But subeta has a great wishlist system which helps sort things, if you're like me and love lists and keeping track of what stuff you still need, are on the fence about, or can't afford.

Yeah I am already taking full advantage of it. Very nifty because otherwise there's no way I would be able to keep track of it. Saving is just the hard part

Doing quests is the main way that most people make money :) As long as you put in a little time commitment each day, you can make quite a nice chunk of change.
