Some tier 1, 2 and 3rd tier battle challengers give out eggs on their 5th wind drop. These eggs are boosters and can be used on pets up to T3 and under to give extra stats.

You can fight each battle challenger 10 times. For each time you get EXP and loot items. On the 5th win you get a special item.

When they reset the challengers, it'll be like you never fought them before. You can fight them another 10 times and get the EXP and the random loot and the 5th item loot again.

You can spend EXP to get stats, so if you can get EXP again for all the challengers, you can get a lot of EXP. You fight to finish up your 10 battles with each challenger before they reset so that you can do all 10 again after they reset and maximise how much EXP you can get.

I'm up to 53 AP, and yep, I've been using subeta lodge. I'm up to 200k a book now. So million sp books aren't that far off, really.

I have 3 main scrolls in storage that require a grand total of 45 more AP: Cobalt Eternal (8), Gelaspell (18), Sonar Scream (19). I got pretty decent prices on the last two as part of a bundle, so I decided to just grab them all, since the sp was just sitting around otherwise.

It might be a blessing in disguise. I don't really need more wearables, haha.

I figure appealing for discounts on 200k books is kind of penny pinching. But once I get to the 1m+ range, I'll consider my options. I'm too cheap to start looking for those until I absolutely have to, even at a discount they'll be way more than my cheapest books :P It just sucks that each AP is essentially 3.2m and getting worse.

Another thing I've started doing is a lot more scratchcards. They're good for stats.

And as for buying more wearables... you're just going for the filled wardrobe. That's all. It's for a reason! ;)

You should try felibot. He's a pain because he's got a ton of XP, but he's a little like mechalag. As long as you heal a ton on each turn, you'll get to the end of him eventually. I've got 5 wins on him and am going to work on getting 10.

Oh yeah, I got a jackpot when I scratched my first golden glory scratchcard.

I bought scrolls that have really helped, I think. I paired Aftershocks Scroll + Reborn Icewand. That's a 17% heal each turn, and I'm still bleeding too much HP to sustain a long term battle with them beyond their base HP :( I can win consistently with Jacques, unless he gets a critical, in which case it's all over. Slavam is much more iffy - total luck.

:o I didn't realize Feli was an endurance battle. I'll definitely put him on my list. I also caved and bought the item to unlock Forj (up to 50 wins yesterday, but I needed a break. Having to use only water weapons is annoying too.) I wanted to get Meatslab and Fuyaira/Odontos buut... my money cries

For the first step of Forj, as long as you have a 100% freezer it's pretty quick since you just kill him in one go when he's frozen.

Ah, I did that for the second one. Oh when you get to him HE STEALS EVERTHING. It's super annoying. You best shop is a shrine of appolina and as many water hitters as you can get your hands on. And don't equip a 100% healer because he'll probs steal it and use it. And I don't think gorgun works on him either.

I'm using Holy Deluge, divine denhizen, Mososbane and Inferno. I'll probably move denhizen out and stick in another attacker. Or a freezing scroll might be useful... Or a better defence one... TOO MUCH CHOICE.

Right now I own all the scrolls, basically :P Actually, I don't own Holy Deluge. But I have most of the other top tier ones. Currently equipped though: Aftershocks, Morosbane, Gift of the Forj & Divine Denhizen. I'm considering swapping out Divine Denhizen for ones I have in storage, though I need more AP, since my stored ones are 15+ AP. So yep, I like choice too! But what I reaally want is so much AP I don't have to choose, haha.

True. I need to get on my reading. I've been trying to do a handful every few days so I'm only spending a few mill at a time, and it's not quite as painful. Thank goodness reading isn't so expensive in real life!
