Yeah... I suppose it takes much more effort/time for someone to get stats via beating EH/Impossible guys on BQs (when compared to how easy it is to AT), but then again, if you are a t1 trying really hard, maybe you won't be done with your quests too quickly either. There's a bit of a good argument there when it comes to 19 daily stats hardly earned vs 20+ daily stats easily earned, but 8k exp is still crazy! Imagine if unlockable opponents were in the mix... Baenwurath's 25k, haha.
Oh, those two things are very relevant (exp increase and opponents always at base stats), I wish at least these would eventually get mentioned on Reischen's speech, even if a little bit of the current text had to be cut. Battling is already an expensive hobby that takes time to pay out (in sp), someone new at BQs probably wouldn't realize that the pitiful exp from Buttwing Bomber becomes 8k when you're able to take Prodigy! And then they may get this idea that BQs aren't so worth it (especially when they don't realize the TC advantage they still have).
bugging you guys cause THIS. SO HARD. Please please please??? ;3;
Ah, i've seen that list before on your tumblr! I've been using that as my guidance for when my pets can beat certain opponents. xD
Then BQs are not the quest for them if sPs is the problem. BQs are designed so the opponents retain their base stats when you fight them, but the amount of EXP given out is not going to equal what you'd get for beating them once or twice outside BQs.
I actually love it the way it currently is, because if I fail against Sandragon for some stupid reason, it 1) doesn't count as a loss for El's record, and 2) his base stats are retained even though I've fought him 5 times already outside the BQ setting.
So El gets stronger while Sandy stays the same for BQs, making it easier and faster for me to get done with the quests for the day. It's very rewarding being able to beat an EH opponent in 5 minutes or less. :D

Wait. So you're saying you want better BQ payouts? Hah! That made me laugh.
Payouts will be streamlined once the programming for the new BQs is finished (which I really ought to bug someone about)... so you'll all be getting a nice, flat EXP rate.
Yeah I agree BQs' rewards couldn't be properly measured just by looking at the sp / that isn't meant to be the reward in them. It doesn't make sense to have opponents increase stats (or else nobody would beat anything in the coliseum, ever) so it does work as a nice parameter for your pet's growth ^_^ And ofc that shouldn't get changed.
I do think a newcomer might not instantly realize how BQs are supposed to work (since they see little sp and little exp they might be tricked into believing it'll be that way forever), but then again I think a bit of text on the main page and the "streamline" revamp that is already in the works should cover it all. c: THE NUMBERS DONT LIE and they're showing newbies already get a couple stats per day which is good enough of a reward at that point.
Glad to hear the programming for new BQs is still a thing, I mean who knows what's coming but at least it's an issue of the "soonâ„¢" actually coming true?!
haha i just want to know which version of "soon(tm)" it is.
Is it the few-months-from-now "soon"? or the 1+yr-from-now "soon".
comments on the stat cap's "soon" would be awesome if the BAs are reading.
As long as EXP scales with the opponent difficulty, by all means, have fun. 0=) (and yes, go bug someone!) will probability of getting tokens increase?
I'll have to edit the intro guide soon. I might as well just give BQs its own, brief section, especially if the changes are going to be "soonâ„¢". :)

lol, don't we all know already subeta has issues with those time expressions like "soon" and "foreseeable future" xD
I'm kinda guessing after the events strain end, which means at least summer 2015, but that's still a fair share of optimism... well, hope never dies, haha.
The more guides the merrier xD I know a lot of information tends to get lost on the boards, I'm glad Cranberry stickied that one!
