It may feel like it is taking awhile, but as you quest each day I think you'll notice a lot of items being added that are unique - and don't forget to vend! You can get 250 items a day from that (500 with a gold account). :D

Me too. Ironically enough, I spent loads on megatickets one day last week, for achievement purposes and won nothing. Then I go and win on my usual daily megaticket!

Thanks for the tip regarding vending. It's not something I do very often as I like to keep a good supply of WT handy. Out of interest, what vending machines do you use? I tend to go for the ones that dish out plushies and beanbags, and sometimes OD.

In the past I was doing the same types of vending machines; however now that I am trying to get unique items (instead of just an overall quantity) AND they have all the vending machines at the top of any vending page - I have taken to doing about 25 items from each (50 with a gold account) to try to get a variety. =)

Oddly enough I have not gotten the 250 megaticket achievement yet. I was tempted to do it earlier after your post aha and was wondering if that was how you did it - good to know it wasn't that! Maybe I should start doing a daily too :D

Sorry for the delay. My OH and I have really bad colds and I've just not felt up to anything much at all. Trying our hardest to get over it before the little one catches it so we can look after him properly. He's starting with it today though :/

Anyway, yes, megatickets. I'm at 65/100 at the moment. It was quite fun buying loads at once but I think I'll stick to one a day for a while now. Maybe I'll have another big splurge once I've reached the 45k items and see some profit from selling on on dupes.

I'm not too bad normally, but this one has hit me hard. I may have referred to it as 'the plague' and told my OH that I may not make it through this one.. xD

I'm really miffed actually because if I had gone for another 4 weeks, I would have gone a whole year without having a cold. Sounds a silly victory but it would have been pretty great..

I noticed a couple items this year that suspcisiously look like Toothless (How to Train Your Dragon). I am going to show my son, he'll be envious of all my toothlessness :D

I'm enjoying Fireside, though not as much as Morostide. There are some lovely items though. Some of the hair items are gorgeous.

Does anyone know if there are new items for this year or are they all pre-existing ones? I'd like to find a list of this years items. I'm sure I'd be able to find one on SubetaLodge though.

I've not seen the Toothless items! I will certainly keep my eyes peeled.

Fireside is def one of the more 'relaxed' events. I think it might be due to all the effort we put forth in morostide they decide to give us a break before luminaire haha.

I have been getting achievements lately, having fun posting them on my profile page. Got the charityy one fairly quickly. I love the achievements that reward you with a wearable! :D

I've been keeping track of the items I need, with a lot of help from SubetaLodge. There are some Bonfire items from 2014 and 2013 :O

[edit] I hope I'm ok to ping like this but I've just got the Item Destroyer achivement (Have one of your items destroyed by the Red Rreign). I thought it wasn't active this year but it seems that it has been activated in the last couple of days. I thought I'd let you know in case any of you hadn't got this one yet.

I'm hoping that Ouch! - Have your pet harmed by the Red Rreign may be active too, but not heard of anyone getting that so far this year.

from what my achieves say, I also got the golden scratch card after 50. I must have missed that entirely. I have over 4000 to scratch to get to the next one... Yikes! Wonder what I did with it???
