Yeah, as I see it, having the base layer movable wouldn't benefit zombies or zapped users (as they still wouldn't be able to "pick" their skin layer) but rather the majority (humans) who would have new layering possibilities, like the awesome hair example pulled ^^

I do appreciate reading some more clarification on it and will still hope it becomes a thing one day, maybe after all major projects have been tackled and patched c:
