I would have never seen your avatar if you weren't posting. It's beautiful! :)

(I agree, your HA is lovely!)
Out of curiosity, do people here prefer the old/ default wardrobe system or the beta one?

blush Thank you. The funny thing is I could spent hours in the wardrobe unsuccessfully trying to construct stuff but then sometimes 3 minutes and this avatar is born.
I like the old wardrobe.
I like the beta wardrobe after getting used to it and when it's actually working.

Yeah, I'm sort of torn between the two. I like the colour matching in the beta one - definitely useful for someone like me, lol.
Now I'm not sure what to do for morostide...

We live in the middle of nowhere and we don't get any trick or treaters here, plus I don't have any party plans, so no costume this year. Usually I just dress up all goth and hold my big fat black cat when I get the door :D
I have the same problem. While my address is technically in a fairly busy (for North Tahoe) little town, I live right up against the forest on a really dark dead-end street. The neighbors and I prefer to see the stars rather than streetlights, and every light the county has attempted to install gets vandalized the very first night it's lit. So only the bravest of kiddies come to the crazy old witches house at the end of the road. Don't need a costume, they're terrified of me as is, but I always dress up in a Prof. Minerva McGonagall outfit I made based on the first Harry Potter Movie.
My boyfriend and I were going to dress up as Flint and Sam from Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs but we don't have a party to go to and I think I'm about ten years too old to pass off as a kid going door to door. :p

Good morning, everyone (well, good morning from New York this week.. next week back in Los Angeles)
I'm hoping to carve a cool pumpkin if I can get home and be alert enough to use a sharp knife. Not sure what kind yet, but love seeing everyone's ideas!!!
Living in LA you'd think we get a lot of kids... but gated communities/buildings and not-so-great neighborhoods amount to very few. What I wouldn't give to live on the edge of a forest!!!!!
Try using a jig-saw blade from the hardware store instead. Wrap part of the blade in heavy tape to protect your fingers and saw out your designs. It's way easier and safer than a knife to make cool designs that way.
Having way too much fun changing up my HA on the posts.
What a GREAT IDEA!!!! Why didn't I ever think of that??? Now I'm going to try! The worst thing that can happen is that I cut myself.. and that's not bad because then I'll just Horror Pumpkin au naturale!! :)
I need to play with mine a little today. Yours is crazy!!!!!
Thanks. While I may not like using Beta wardrobe much yet (it drives me crazy that it refuses to acknowledge that you've removed what you were wearing unless you save the naked HA) I love that we can choose from outfits saved there when we post in the forums.
... drives me crazy too! My HA didn't have a mouth for about a month and was so frustrated!!!
I didn't know the last part... oh crap... just saw the "Choose Option" thing... DUH ME!!!!
Not quite...I'm trying to decide if I should dress up AS something or just try to make a scary-themed/Morostide-themed HA.
XD me too. He is only around for mind Reader now, though. I think I finally settled on what I want to do - but I'mma keep it a secret. I hope you're able to participate, too!

Either way, I want to carve my pumpkins for the seeds.
Seeds are the best part of pumpkin carving :D I messed up mine last year, forgot to soak them in salt water, and burned them all TT_TT
Maybe, if I can't decide on who to dress up as, I'll just start with a random Morostide HA and change it later...
